Tsunade knew that despite her best efforts, the battle with Pain had caused a massive downspike in the city's population. And what the village needed the most was to ensure the future generations of leaf ninja were as strong as possible. Naruto was clearly the most powerful ninja in Konoha, if not the world, and as such, he was the clear choice to father a new generation. But letting him make his own choice was taking much too long, and even when he finally did settle down, it would take tens of generations for Konoha to fully repopulate with strong, Uzumaki children. No, Tsunade had a much faster way to repopulate. The usual village laws regarding marriage would be given a special exemption for Naruto, and Naruto would be given his own personal harem. Sakura, a promising medical ninja and Tsunade's own disciple, was among the first to be put on the list of canidates. She and Naruto had always had a relationship boiling under the surface, it wouldn't take much to sway her. Hinata, a strong ninja in her own right, she had the advantages of the Byakugan eye and the strong political connections of the Hyuuga family main branch. She'd always had her eye on Naruto, perhaps she didn't plan for something like this, but she would be easy enough to convince. Ino had no particular connection to Naruto, but she was an extremely attractive kunoichi and putting her into Naruto's harem would avoid conflicts over her. Tenten similarly had no real connection to naruto, but she was a bit of a slut and putting her in the harem would probably help motivate the other girls, as well as keeping her from causing too much trouble. When she had brought up the prospect to Gaara, he had quickly volunteered Temari for a position in the harem. Adding her would provide strong connections between the new Uzumaki clan and the Sand village. And then, of course,there was Tsunade herself. She wouldn't officially join the harem, of course, but having Naruto knock her up would be easy to arrange and she had to make sure the brat knew what he was doing before she gave him away to the other girls.

Simply put, this is going to be a mostly-smut RP where Naruto fucks and breeds almost every eligible Kunoichi in Konoha. Of course, the exact cast list is negotiable, but Naruto should have at least two or three. This can be more plot driven too.
