The forest was dense as she wove effortlessly through the closely bound trees. The noon day sun hung in the sky that one would think were cloudless, She wouldn't of known. She still was trying to figure out where she was and how she got into this mess in the first place. Though she welcomed the beauty of the forest. The birds singing there spring song, deers and other mammals took off as she came to close. Her dazzeling sky blue eyes scanned for any signs of what she hope would help her figure out where in the world she was. The wind gentle ruffled through her short blond hair.
She grew tire, her legs sore, her eyes heavy as she pressed on. In the distence she could make out what she thought to be buildings. Which ment civilzation right? With a large grin, Merle pushed on, bursting in a run towards it. her heart racing. Finally. She cheered to herself as she stumbled into the clearing.
Exhaling she frowned softly. It was nothing but ruins, no signs of civilization anywhere. But it did provide her with shelter for the coming night. And with that she slowly stalked towards the ruined structures
erle paused, her hand on one warm stone of a ruined building. Bitingin her lowere lip her eyes scanned the area, Still she saw nothing, though little did she know that the beast owning this area was stalking her, knew she had tresspassed onto his turf. the heel of her boots clicked against the cobble stone, where in areas wher almost losing ground to mother natures grass, roots another things. She stepped over an exposed root, eyeing the structures, trying to figure out which would cover most. or what she more or less was thinking on which was less destroye.
Her legs burned, aching from the long travel. eyes heavy as she swayed in a fluid graceful movement toward the furthest building. once within the building she braced her back against the wall and slid down till she was sitting on her bottom. drawing out a half empty cantine and to a swig of the liquids within, the pulled out a small sack that contained some berries, nuts and jerky.
