I am looking to play as a team of magical girls (think of Sailor Moon),
each of whom has a magic vibrator which gives them the power to

It is a cool idea, but what if somehow a male got added to the mix? Having a look at the magical vibrator (and uttering the magical phrases, doing the gestures), he suddenly transforms... And as a bimbo she needs the help of her fellow BWQ how to be a girl... and of course they would punish her (him) by making her do lots of sexual things with them, different toys, maybe even other people, even males... maybe even some "enemy" or "monster" ...

Well, she being a he is not really needed, just adds to the base of she being a sexually submissive to the others...
