The idea is not completely fleshed out yet as there are many possible plot ideas. This could take place at a school (high school or university) or work or wherever else. Flippy and Flaky require real names for the ropeplay.
Flippy is a troubled person with a split personality, the other being rather sadistic and cruel. He sets his sights on the timid and innocent Flaky and pursues her in his own way while in either personality, one obviously being nicer and the other cruel. Flaky becomes obsessed with thoughts of him largely out of fear and curiosity that breed eventual strong feelings of love.
