She's quickly overpowered, given his great strength, though whether the confrontation is physical, spiritual or some combination is up to you; whatever the case, she is either restrained or beaten down into submission, but as they're both immortals, neither of them can be outright killed. As a result, her defeat is only the beginning.
In this setting, the archangels would be less pure of heart and goodly than the regular fluffy-winged variety; they would indeed have been created by God to act as soldiers, warriors, and as such were given a seed of darkness with which they could carry out their work. A capacity, even a thirst, for violence that gave them the flexibility they needed to use their power for ends that were both horrible and, to the belief of Heaven, necessary. They have the potential to sin, even the pre-disposition, though these dark tendancies are generally carried out towards the greater good of their own kin; they scourge, smite and slaughter to ensure the remainder of Heaven needs not sully their hands in blood.
So when she falls into Michael's hands, he retrains her, binds her so she cannot escape, and then proceeds to... well, punish her. Have some ideas floating as to specific use, mixing conventional methods with more supernatural and 'divine' tools, but he seeks in the end to break her down, to force her to confess for her sins and seek absolution. Maybe she holds some information he needs; maybe he just really hates demons. Whatever the case, she finds no mercy in her captor, and maybe while she is held under his thrall, he allows himself to slip just a bit deeper into his own inner darkness.
So, yes, dark roleplay, involving violence, likely torture of some means, non-consensual sex and a number of not-nice things. Trying to expand my horizons a little in this fashion, to expand in directions I don't explore quite as often.
