Penny groaned rolling over and stretching as she slowly was waking up from sleeping. Once she finally opened her eyes she smiled to herself, it was her birthday she would be another year older again. Penny slowly sat up in bed and wondered what her Dad had got her for her birthday this year, it was just the two of them now and had been for some time. Her mother had left suddenly a few years ago, she had never been told why and it had never made sense.

Penny got up and headed to the bathroom to run herself a nice warm bath and she put some of the really nice soapy bubble bath in as well so she could have a nice relaxing bath, hopefully not fall asleep in it like she had done before.
