Ideas:
Two people, separated by dimensions, are tied together in their dreams.
One is a high school student/unemployed guy with zero motivation, the other is a High Priestess running away from the Temple to save the kingdom and her life.
The guy thinks it's all just dreams, made up by his weird imaginations, but the High Priestess knows how real it is, and starts searching for ways to get him to her world.
A guy goes along with girlfriend to a beauty salon, and is sitting there being bored. A salon attendant decides to have a little fun, and offers him a treatment in the back. He agrees not knowing she wants to feminise him.
A kingdom is plagued by a disease, and the king is desperate to find a cure along with his doctors and mages. One day, the castle is visited by a woman that promises to give the king the cure, if she can have the crown prince. The prince, knowing his father wouldn't force him to go, decides to go, offering himself to the woman.
