Besides, in the house you need to eat plenty to keep your strength up or you'll be exhausted in no time"

She chuckled, then blinked and glanced around. "Hm....? No....nothing..." She shook her head, then returned to eating her breakfast.
 
"Ok." Jake smiled finishing his breakfast and looked to Kyu "Hm... So Kyu... that all you can really say?"

"Well it is cute that's for sure." Jake chuckled drinking his juice.
 
"Well it is cute, but he'll likely be speaking more pretty soon. "Hm? There it is again.....huh....." She glanced around a little, then looked back to Jake. "Must be my imagination"
 
"Something wrong?" Jake asked noticing her face "Well rest up now Alice, tonight is gonna be WIIIILD!" Jake grinned as he started doing some dishes.
 
"I just keep getting a weird feeling is all....kinda like...." She blinked, then slowly looked up as the air above them was starting to ripple. "Ah....." Alice chuckled slightly. "Well that's different....not like the usual way we get a new arrival....a portal like that...." The air above them started to crack and rip open. "That's more like the way we arrived here...."
 
"K-Kyyu....." Kyu gasped softly and held onto Jake like a scared child.
"The hell is going on? NEw arrivals are usually in the main hall." Jake said holding onto his son an looked up at the ripple.
 
Alice stood up from the table and stepped back. "Looks like someone else might've found that same book we found to get here....." The portal opened a little wider, before suddenly a figure fell through it, landing face first on the table with a loud thud. "Owww......"
The boy groaned slightly in pain, slowly reaching up to rub his head as he started to sit up, eyes still closed. "What the hell.....? Did I pass out and fall or something.....?"
