History: Due to the reign of Freza few sayains survived without her corrupting them. let alone lived through her blowing up the planet. Dean on the other hand had already been the first to leave for earth as a child but something happened to his capsule. Since He was a kid and the Sayains never knew exactly how far was earth from their planet He was sent at an incredible speed . He ended up in a moles hole where He was raised by moles usually.His eyes were scared up by the crash landing leaving the markings permanent and his sight forever gone. When He was just nearly 2 years of age a family found him and raised him as their own. Which was hard now more than ever because the fact HE has spent a year with moles. He grew into an extraordinary young man in his countries. He was completely well rounded in every way. Knew every form of karate, was athletic, and intelligent. He even made his own form. Soon as he became 20 HE brought his own dojo and in it he trained for the tournament for five years straight. In this tournament HE fought as final contender to a female named Saphire Raven and lost admirably.

fighting stance Dean guided his left foot promptly in front of his right. His left arm is angled like a crane pointing booth his index and middle finger at his opponent and His right arm straight along his chest pointing the same to fingers the same way.

Appearance: Appearance except he is light blue and do not include the ben 10 symbol. Also He is wearing all black instead of black and white. With the gold inscription I99A where the Ben 10 symbol is placed.
Powers: He freezes anything he touches. He can as well manipulate ice of any shape and size. He is stuck as a chrysalis like form which is as strong as a huge diamond.((others not yet known.))
History: Drake was once an ordinary motor cycle racer. He raced with the best and won for the state of America. He was loved by all and also an American sports hero to many. One day He was going for a motorcycle ride to clear his head of all the pressure. He was supposed to be protecting his title when he was through. His brother Derick had begged him to ride with him on the back. So he let him join him. A truck driver fell asleep at the wheel while him and his brother was driving as the truck lead on the opposite side of traffic and just as it turned it slammed head on into Drake's motorcycle with Drake and Derrick still riding. When the ambulance got there it was to horrifying to describe but by some miracle they both survived the crash but just barely. They had lost both their arms and legs in the crash. They lost so much blood that they could barely make it and to add to that they had little time to live. The ambulance decided to take them to a top secret organization called the N.M.O. or the National Military Organization for short. It is one of the few branches designed to make new and more effective weapons of war. With Drake and Derrick in their condition. They had no choice in the matter as Drake was turned from a Human being into an crystallized monster.Anything he touched from then on froze instantly from objects to humans and to ad more shame to it. He was trained to become a weapon of the Military. An sports hero turned into a military hound dog. He could no longer stand it. They made sure that him and his brother never met again after the surgery but what they didn't expect for him to do was escape. When he did he made a vow to find his brother and a way to fix this whole mess.
