01. Concerning Loli/Shota
Since this needs to be elaborated upon, it shall be done. From now on, if a loli/shota image is found in a req thread by staff, it shall be immediately removed and the poster shall receive both a verbal/PM warning along with an official/no exp warning. New or old member, this will stand. If the poster persists and becomes overly troublesome, the official warning will be raised to 50%/no exp and will also receive a week temp ban. If such images are accompanied by details making it clear that the character is indeed under 13/prepubescent AND/OR if it's found that the poster has an active loli/shota RP going in either threads or PMs, a 50%/no exp warning shall be issued along with a month temp ban. If the poster persists, is troublesome, evades ban, etc. then they will be permabanned. Loli/Shota is against site rules. It's stated quite clearly there and it's stated quite clearly here. If this cannot be followed, then prepare to reap what you sow.
Also, any RP threads found to have loli/shota references shall be locked until age verifications can be made and/or tweaked by both posters involved. If they can't be made, etc. OR if it's clear that the RP is loli/shota, the entire RP thread shall be deleted.

This is an addendum that apparently some have either missed or have chosen to dismiss. Let me re-iterate… what has been stated here shall indeed stand. No ifs, ands or buts about it. No amount of begging to change it will help you here either. These rules have been made up for a reason and, as such, are indeed meant to be adhered to. Not doing so will result in the above mentioned consequences. Repeating said offense or trying to evade said offense will only result in harsher actions from staff.
Let it also be known that if you choose to affiliate with places that condone loli/shota, that is indeed your business. However, we ask that it not be tied to Blue Moon. We are a loli/shota-free site and plan on staying that way. Given that, we are also not a place that condones advertisement and/or support of such things. So, if you choose to affiliate, we ask that all links (example, in your F-Lists) to such things either be removed or you make an alternate account that can be linked here instead. If it is found that you have such affiliation links, etc., the above rules will come into play. No exceptions!
