Own The Skies

I want to do an RP that takes place in the Sky. There are small land masses on the planet but they are mainly for vegetation. Wildlife roam in the Oceans or the sky. Along with the small land masses there are also oil refineries which is the only way air ships can refuel.

So yea that is the world i want this RP to take place in.

(Not much i apologize, but it is a caving i have)
