Looking down from the topic of a building there was a young looking man, he seems to be in his 20's at the moment, he was wearing a leather coat, which was open, showing off his black leather top which had a couple of straps across it which where red. His pants where also leather too, which look to be a bit tight on him, he was wearing boats with a strap instead of laces. His hair was slightly longer then average at male, but there was one think strange about this guy, his eyes where different. One of them where red, while the other one was black "Death is coming soon, I can feel it." He looks up to the sky and sighs slightly "Well, I better get going, before they beat me there." He takes a step forward, before leaping of the build, he seems to disappear into nothingness.

It was a cold winter night, seems to a bit colder then what the weather man had say it was going to be in this city, plus the snow also wasn't suppose to hit this area too, oh well. Soon there was a young man exiting a movies, with his friend "That was a amusing movie don't you think?" He asked his friend turning to her, he had a big smile on his face, he gave off a warm aura around him, as he looks at her "Best action scenes, even if they where a bit over the top, but hey that's movies for you." He was wearing some heavy winter clothing, so that he didn't freeze, because it was quite cold.
 
She was one mysterious 18 year old girl, although she was naive and easily trick she liked mystery and she attracted it more than she knew. That night was unusual cold but she was not dress that warm, tight jeans and blouse were forming her body that was pretty, thin athletic,165cm (5' 4)...52kg(114.6 pounds). Her blouse wasn't that tight but it gave her 32b size breast a firm form. Above her jeans she was wearing riding boots and a coat was covering her thin body to keep her warm. Her dark blue eyes looked her friend through her glasses, she really liked that movie they had just watched. "I think this movie is the best I have watch in years" she smiled as she replayed him back. She was feeling a bit frozen as darkness slowly gathered around them, as the wind waved her black long hair away from her face.​
 
He chuckles at her, before looking at her, he came closer to her, before taking off his coat and wrapping it around his friend "You'll catch a cold silly." His coat was pretty warm, as he turns around, he still had a sweater on, so he wasn't that cold "Now, let get home, it's getting pretty late right now." The sun was already set, so it was dark outside at the moment "Our parent will be worry, if we don't get home soon." He told her, before walking off ahead of her "Let us take the short cut like we always do through the park." He looks back at her, smiling again to her "It'll save us some time." In the wind, there was a small voice that came around her, she could sworn it was a voice that say "Don't go that way." Then there was nothing.
 
She raised her dark blue eyes as her friend put his coat around her, indeed that made her feel warmer "Thanks! you always thinking of me" she whispered as she wasn't freezing any more, she was lucky to have such a friend. She lived alone since her parents were mostly working in other counties, basically they never met even if she was a kid. She felt really lucky to have a loyal friend like him around. But she knew his parents would be really worried, they loved him so much. She looked at the sky the night was unusual dark and the short cut he wanted to take she felt it wasn't that good idea. "Hey lets better not go through there" she tried telling him as she was sure she heard a voice mixed with wind. But he was already walking a head and how could it possible to hear voices like that. 'It must the wind' she thought as she fallowed him.​
 
The entrances to the park was just ahead of them now, before he stops to turn around and look at her "Alright, keep close to me, I don't want you to get lost from each other." At that moment, she saw behind him a man in all black, he was looking at them, his red and black eyes staring at them for a moment, before he shakes his head from side to side. If she would blink or turn away from him, he would be gone like he was never there in the first place. For some reason, the park was giving off a creepy vibe to it. The air seems to grow thicker with each step towards it. Her friend turns around, as he grabs her hand "Okay, time to get going." He wasn't a fearful young man, he like doing things, because they where fun.
 
She stopped before the entrance "I've a bad feeling" she whispered as she kept herself close to her friend. "Yes lets stay close" she agreed as the darkness that was surrounding them got thicker. In a sudden she saw a man, mostly like a shadow it was so quick, his eyes scared her. But as easily as it appeared that easily it was gone. "We better go back, it feels strange" she tried to explain her friend as he graped her hand and they started moving. Her heart bits where raising and she was feeling someone close to them as they both were crossing the park fast.​

He could see that his friend was worry, so he keep her close to him "No worries I'm here for you." He told her, he had help her out of a couple of tight spots before, he wasn't going to let her down now. To her, the air seems to be getting thicker now, it seems breathing was almost next to impossible unless you really concentrate on it. Her friend places his hand on her head as they continue to walk through the dark park together. Out of the corner of her eyes she could see that man again, he was watching them, but as soon as he appears he disappears again, but only to appear on the other side. He seems to be following them closely, but keeping his distances at the same time. Once more the man disappears, only to appear before them, but her friend didn't seem to notice him at all, and he walks through the image of the person like he was never there in the first places making him disappear.

There wasn't much time, before three older guys appear before them "Aw, isn't that cute look at the love birds boys." The other two laugh that where behind him, before one of them come closer to them "Hey sweetie, how about ditching the loser and coming with us for some fun?" Her friend didn't like this and step between her and him,

She kept running with him, the way the flog raised and darkness come closer to them made her worried. She looked at the image that was fallowing them, 'what is that' a thought crossed her mind 'am I getting crazy'. She noticed that her friend couldn't see him and she was sure as she saw him passing through the image. 'Damn I'm going crazy' she thought as the three men appeared. She looked at them scared, she tried pulling her friend so they could live but it was impossible since the men were around them. She could see those men where looking for trample "Let us pass..." she tried to yell at them as her friend got between her and the man to protect her.​

The man looks at the boy, before looking back at her "What the problem kid?" He smiles with a wicked smile on his face, before cocking back with his fist and attempting to punch him in the face. Little did the man know, this boy was studying karate. With quick movements, he grabs the man arm and then flips him up and over slamming him into the ground "She say, she wanted to be let alone, now beat it." The man gets up slowly, before shaking his head "Shouldn't have done that kid." He told him, before pulling out a knife, his other two buddies did the same, before all three of them come after him. He manage to get away from the first stab, but not the second one as it cuts into his cheek, before the last one of them strike, he takes his fist and strikes it into his stomach with alot of force behind him "Come on boys let cut him up real nice."
 
She tried pushed away "lets go, and let them be" she yelled when he had already attacked at the one man. She got scared, when the men pulled their knifes out. "crap lets flew now" she said to him again but it was late they had already cut his cheek. "No, no stopped it" she was asking them to stop as the men got closer to him to cut him. She tried push them away but she ended it the ground as one of the men pushed her down. Her screams become louder "Nooooooooo! stop don't hurt him" she was trying to stand when again the black shadow appeared she froze cause now she could clearly see him. "What's going on, shit, this isn't happening" she said as her body lie on the ground.​
 
The men didn't stop they seem to be enjoying themselves, as one of them cuts into his arm leaving her friend with a deep gash on his left arm "Run, I will hold them off hurry up!" He shouts to her, before moving back as one of the men comes in trying to go for the kill, but the young man ducks under his knife attack, before grabbing his arm and snapping it. The man, begins to cry and roll on the ground, before getting up and running off "Fuck this!" He shouts as he runs off into the night. The young man, didn't have time to relax at that moment as the last two of them come in, he manages to avoid them both, but not without a couple more cuts one across his chest and another over his forehead now "Damn it, just go away." He closes one of his eyes wrenching in a bit of pain at the moment "Stupid, before we leave here, where going to make sure your nice and dead, and that pretty young girl will be ours." That anger her friend, before he rushes in ignoring the pain, in his body, before coming after him. He takes his fist and smashes the one guy in the noise.

That guy fell over dead at that moment, the force was more then enough to kill him, but since the young man was enrage he didn't see the last guy come up behind him, and it was all to late. He stabs him in the back, the knife bury itself inside of him, but before the young man falls, he comes back with a couple of final blows, one to the guys ribs with make them crack another to his shoulder which shatters it "Fuck!" The man screams, before backing away "Fuck you kid." The man makes an exit as fast as he could in his current state.
 
The girl froze not only because she saw slowly her friend getting cut like that but she could see the man dressed in black, and now she knew it wasn't human. She couldn't move to go anywhere all the time her friend was fighting them,she yelled multi times for help and begged them to stop but the fight would not get easy. She saw the one of the men leaving as the two others were fighting with him. She could see that they men were strong but her friend was also. It only took few minutes to all that to happen, the men were gone but her friend was deadly wounded. She slowly run on his side took his coat of her and try to put it on him to keep him warm. She could see his wounds and the blood running. "I have to call a ambulance she tried to find her phone when the dark shadow was coming closer to them.​
 
"I'...m so..rry." He says out weakly looking at her, his eyes where being to fade, he reaches out his hand to her "At... lea..st I was.. able.. to.. protect you at the end." He told her, before smiling weakly. The man that has been watching them had disappear, the shadows around them begins to become bigger and more violent looking, suddenly, strange looking creatures begins to arise from the shadow, they look to be a cross between a dog and a plant. These red creatures, as they come closer, her friend, begins to fade a bit more, he grows colder. When she would find her cell phone she would find out it had no bars for some reason. The creatures where all around, and if she try to touch them, she would find out that she couldn't. The closer they get to her friend, she could see him fade more and more, this boy name Juno, with some of the last of his strength "You... know... I've always... admire you... remember this is my... fault. If you... go all emo on me... after I die... I will come back... to haunt you."

Those were the last words Juno say to his friend, before his head fell to the side, before his eyes scrolled back. The creatures where now all over his body, the look to be nipping at his skin, but there was no bite marks, soon a small strange orb appears, it was bright blue color, one of the creature had it in his mouth, like it was a reward for him. Some of the creatures goes over to the other man, that was laying there and they did the same to him too, but the orb was black not blue like her friend. The little creatures begin to walk away. Before they enter the shadows, the man from earlier appears in the middle of them, and they begin to explode before him. He grabs the black and blue orbs "I will takes these."
 
The girl was crying,tears fall down her cheek she never wanted that to happen to her best friend. "Thanks for protecting me...but ...your going to be fine" she said to him. She looked around the shadows were close she hold him closer to her and tried to push them away but she couldn't not.She kept dialing the number but there was no signal. She looked at him as she felt him losing more of his power." Juno your not going to die...its not your fault..." as she felt his head fall on the side "no, no don't die on me".

The girl watched the creatures around them she kept Juno closer to her trying not to let that happen, when the man from before appeared she hugged Juno on her. "No I'm not letting you have him" she screamed as her eyes looked straight at him making her shake a bit in fear. Now she could imagine who that man was but she didn't want to think this one was real. "You can't do that, let him be" she cried out lout​
 
The man turns around looking at her, he had a surprise look on his face, before tilting his head to the side "You can see me mortal?" He looks at her, before coming closer to her, he shows her the blue orb, before looking at it himself "My dear. would you rather I let them have this, so you're friend would be lost forever as a monster?" He told her, before taking one of his hands and scratching the top of his head "Face facts, my dear he is dead, once a person soul gem leaves them, they are dead, it's my job to usher those souls back to the realm of the the dead." He told her, before sitting down, he begins to laugh slightly now thinking about the situation.
 
The girl looks at her friend ones more as the man talks to her, her cries haven't stop she looks up the man "I can see you" she marbles still not believing this is true. She would never have her friend get lost, she grabs him from his clothes, that made her feel strange before he was only a shadow "No don't give it to them, there is no way to get him back...he can't be dead" she kept crying as she notice him sitting down and laughing. Her only friend was dead not that creature would laugh she looked at him in a angry look "You think this is funny, showing no respect over the death, laughing like that" she yelled at him forgetting who the man was. Her lost of her friend had put her fear a side for the moment. She looked at him as he was still laughing that made her more angry, so she simply raised her hand to slap him "Shut up, ..." she yelled at him.​
 
His head went to the side as she slaps him, before he turns back to her, his black and red eye focus on her "Oh, you can touch me too?" He stood up again, his face went back to a blank expression, before he looks at her "Respected for the dead? I've seen so much death, that it doesn't even phase one such as I." He bows to her "I'm Valdemar Von Dread, I'm the god of dead, no mortal has ever been able to see me before today. Only those that are dead." He told her, before shaking his head "If, you want to see him again then just died here, and I will take both of your souls to the other side." He leans in smiling to her "But, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of what you're friend was doing?" He tilts his head to the side, before laughing some more, this time, he was laughing at her "But, if your friends last wish for you to live on means that much to you, I guess it was such a one sided friendship.
 
She looked at him as fear took her again, as he introduced himself to her. "The god of the dead" she trampled as she thought that he was right only some one like that could do that. Her cries had stop but her tears where still running, "I'm Amaya ..." she whispered as she looked again at Juno. She bend her head over him "Juno I'm so sorry I wasn't much of a help" she grab his coat and covered him. In a way she understood that he was death and there was no way for him to come back. Her tears kept falling down, making her eyes red from the cries. She looked at the Death god as she thought she couldn't kill herself, although it would make her feel better. "You are really evil " she looked at him angry "saying those thinks, no soul leftover for your body? " she said coldly "that's why you such a jerk". She sounded like she didn't care if he was the god of the death when she was angry she would express her feelings no matter what. But usually she was shy and naive, now that girl standing there and yelling to a god was nothing a like she really was.​
 
Valdemar looks at her, before scratching the side of her face "I'm nowhere as evil as one might think, I'm indifferent for the most part, comes with the job you know." He told her, before pulling out a pouches one back, the other gold. He places her friends soul gem in the gold pouch "If, I was evil I would send you're friend off to hell, just to spite you." He chuckles, before putting the black orb into the black bag "Off to hell you go unpure soul." He smiles, before licking his lips lightly, he looks back to her "Or I could have gave them his soul I'm sure they love the taste of you're friend soul, I wonder how his moth Laida, and his father Totosi will react when they hear this news, you better inform them quickly."
 
Amaya raised her eyes and looked at him still angry as he was putting the souls away, her fear got deeper, she was still not believing this was true. But he was right she had to inform the parents "But my phone works..." she tried to speak as she saw that the signal of her phone was back. She dallied 911 and informed them about the crime. Her voice was trampling but she could tell them were it happened. Then she looked at her phone and picked form her contacts {Juno's home}, she pushed the button and the phone on Juno's home was ringing. "Mr Totosi...it me Amaya ..." she said with a crying voice as she was looking at Valdemar her body was shaking as the cold was frizzing her "Juno tried to...save me...he saved but...." her words trampled again, but she finally manage to explain what had happen her tears kept running and she was shaking, she looked tired. When she ended the phone her mind couldn't anymore keep going and she fainted. Her body crashed at the ground close to Valdemar feet her coat was open and her figure could been seen. In way she looked pretty, even like that. As she felt down she felt her mind filled with nothingness.​
 
When she awoke she was in a baron place, it was dark and desolated place the trees where rotted, the grass was all dead. There was also a few skeletons here and there in this place. There was an overgrowth of vines all over the place all around where she stood. There seems to be what looks like a centipede, with horns crawling around. If she look up to the sky, she would see a moon that was shatter in two. After a few moment she would hear footsteps, that where coming slowly towards. The very earth and air seems to be quivering the closer the footsteps came to her, another horrifying feeling in the air, this one stronger then the last one. Then the footsteps stop, disappearing all together. The feeling disappear to for a second, before coming strongly behind her, she hear, a voice ring out "Welcome human to my domain."
 
Amaya slowly was coming to her senses , she opened her eyes at first she could see only darkness but as the moon rays lighten a bit the place and her eyes got used to the dark she looked up in the sky. She had noticed the moon, it had a strange form "where am I?" she whispered to herself as she started looking around. She could see everything around her looked dead and worn out, her mind was confused it didn't look with any place she knew. Suddenly she heard footsteps close to her she was trying to focus to the direction it was coming. After a while she listen to voice as she jumped in fear, her eyes where still full of tears and she slowly started to remember what had happen. "What is this place ?" she asked the voice as she tried convincing herself that it wasn't a dream.​
 
"What is this place?" The voice laughs a bit, before walking out, she would see an outline of a man, something was crawling around the man arm it seems to be a snake, but that was unclear "Well, this place is earth, but not at the same time." He told her, before taking a soul gem that was on the ground, before popping it into her mouth and swallowing it "Mm, tasty." She could hear the cries of the damned in this place "We the Enmi, live here, and you should be friends with us." He told her, before tilting his head to the side again, but this time to the opposite direction. He offers out his hand "Help us fight the wicked gods, before they destroy this place forever."
 
Silent she was as long they spoke, but there was a gleam in her eyes. She looked a bit lost,' what are they talking about' a thought cross her mind. She raised her hand to get his help to get up. Her mind still confused of what she was seeing and hearing "Can this be true?" she asked as the cold wind was waving her black long hair. Her face was pale and cold, her body was slowly frozen as the last phrase was still on going in her head.

"This is Earth ...no way?" she said looking around the place one more. "Friends ...?" she whispered "help you? ...I just want to go back home" she still was lost not believing what she was seeing. "I am alive still?" she asked she was on her feet next to the Enmi.​

The figures who face couldn't be seen looking at her from the shadows, he was smiling which could be seem, because of his teeth "Well, this is what your planet will look like, if the gods have there way, you can't trust them, there all evil." He told her, before tilting his head to the side "Now, that you begun to awake, you can help us take back control from them." The figure stays in the shadows not showing his face as he looks at her, she could tell by his red glowing eyes that, he was watching her "So, will you be my friend?" He offer out his hand, trying to show her that he meant her no harm "Beside, you are the one with..." Right before he could finish that statement, he was cut off "That's enough, vile creature." This voice belong to Valdemar as he jumps between them, before looking back at her "Don't trust him, he will mislead you, the path you follow will be your own." The one with red glowing eyes snarls slightly "How dare you enter here, you wick god." Valdemar pays him no mind, before turning back to her "Time to wake up my dear." He snaps his fingers as a mist begins to roll around her.

When she would open up her eyes, she would be in a hospital bed, one of the nurses would come in and smile "Oh good, you are awake, you had us worry my dear, you've been out like a light for three straight days." Everything seems to be normal, there was nothing amiss.
