Yuulie held tight to her spear as her golden eyes scanned around the trees and bushes, hearing nothing out of the ordinary. Her long ears twitched when ever she heard birds chirping, but anything else seemed normal. With a sword at her hip, a dagger strapped to her back and plust the spear, she was forced never to be messed with. She along with other females have been sent out to collect herbs, since the time for when females went into heat grew close, it best to have herbs on hand to relieve any female who could did find an available male. She had collected a few, placed them in her pouch strapped around her thigh and searched on.
She didn't need to collect much, just a few more and she was done. When she moved passed a few bushes, she stopped, gasping when she saw something she thought never to see.A wolf.A wolf from the opposing tribe hanging on a tree.He seemed to be unconcious. His fur was marred with inked symbols. He was big, not doubt bigger and broader then her.She glared, wondering why in the devil realms was he even on this side. His kind were not allowed across the river, for a pact was made long ago before she had been born. She moved behind the tree and cut the rope that held him up, hearing a loud thud and no doubt he fell hard, which was good. She needed him to be unconcious still.
Struggling, she moved his big body, sat him up and pressed him against the tree. With the saw rope that hung him, she bound him to the tree and secured him, for he would not be able to escape."Disgusting dog....."She murmured, keeping her spear at the ready for if he woke and decided to attack...if he could.Dear Spirits of the forest, what was she to do.She couldn't go and get help, afraid he might escape and follow, thus she risking her tribe. She could stay, no doubt someone realizing her long time of absence.Yuulie sat on the soft grass, keeping good distance and waited, watching the wolf, waiting for him to wake and demand why in the devils realm was he even here. She hoped it wouldn't take long. She didn't want to spend the night here. The heating time would commense any day and the last thing she wanted was to be attacked with a heat surge and fall victim to whatever creature lurked around.Maybe, after he gave his reason, whether it be truth or not, she would kill him, leave him for the forest creatures to consume his dead carcass.
