I'm not quite sure what you mean. If you are inquiring about how to find RP partners, your best option is to browse the req threads in the Roleplaying forums. There's one for male/male persona requestors, one for female/female persona requesters and one that's for others (typically for groups and open roleplays). I suggest browsing those sections as well as creating a req thread of your own and then placing it in the appropriate section.

It depends if you mean FINDING someone to RP with or CONDUCTING the RP.
If the first, as DarkAngle said, browse the request forums. There is one for males and another for females. After reading a few and having an idea what you want to do in an RP, create one yourself using the ones you read for guidance.
PM and/or post on their thread that you are interested. If you both agree, then it becomes conducting. The most common choices are:
