opt in ads?

I don't know if it would be possible to do this,but I have to ask any way.

I want to support this lovely site but I'm a little short on cash...I'm sure that there are other people who are in a similar position. So I was wondering if there might be a way to opt in to some more intrusive advertising so as to support the community that way.

It sounds crazy, but I am serious.

Some ways to help advertise would be to follow our Twitter, our FB page, etc. Another is to place a link back to us in your sig or elsewhere on other sites you host or frequent (assuming it's all right by them, of course). Also, referrals. Can't stress that enough.
