The young man let out a sigh as he walked through the halls of the boarding school... trying to concentrate on the chess tournament that he knew was going to be coming up soon. Yet he found his mind wondering away from practice and everything else, and to the problems he had with bullying. It wasn't like he didn't stand up to them, it was more like he wasn't strong enough to be able. They were mostly able to pin him down and just beat his ass to ground anyway. So again he kept trying to think of the many strategies that he had come up with and to just focus on them, but he felt that he couldn't, and it was at that moment that Andol had soft tears running down his face as he walked down the hall; today was another bad day as usual. He had spent a bit of the day in his room crying, not just because of the bullying, but just because he had felt bad about life in general. He wondered if maybe things would get better soon, well at least he was lucky in the fact that he didn't have a roommate. That was one thing to be thankful for. It made him smile a little bit as he thought about the fact that he had a private room, and the fact that he still had that favorite ring of his. It was very special to him, and he had gotten it form the first guy he had ever loved. The guy had been a dragon who had been killed in car wreck a week later. They had never had sex or even kissed, but there relationship had been close. So that was why the young man held onto the ring.

It was then that he noticed that he was not alone in the hallway... and that he was being followed. Andol knew that all he really had to do was to make it to his room and the two guys behind him would not be able to get in. So he sped up his walking quite a bit, and just pretended like he didn't notice that they where there... and right before he could turn down the hallway to his room, the young man found it suddenly blocked bay another guy as he was quickly pushed against the nearest wall by the leader of the gang of three guys who regular liked to use Andol as there punching bag. Though as usual he was quite defiant in his nature as he said, "Look Leo... I said get the fuck off me..." The cat anthro who was the leader of the group hiss at him in an angry fashion saying, "Shut the fuck up. Look we know that your parents give you a good amount of money and we want all of it.. NOW!!" The lion growled a bit as one of his human friends punched Andol across the face, leaving the young man with a black eye. He then said to him again, "Now I said your going to give us the money that we want or else." Andol knocked the others hand away saying, "As if... now just fuck off."

This only caused another hit though this time it was form the lion himself and not form one of the two humans as he punched Andol in the gut. Causing the young man collapse down the wall a little as the wind was knocked out of him. Though he did his best to keep stand, and was helped by the fact that the lion was holding him against the wall... and then at that moment Leo after getting no answer for a few second growled again and said, "Well if that is the case and you’re not going to give me what I want then I will just take something precious form you." It was then that other male looked at the necklace that he had always seen the human wearing and with a evil smirk on his face he said, “Such as that stupid little ring you got…” He reached out and snatched it off of Andol’s neck, though the young man was quick to grab it, as a look of horror crossed his face, at the very possibly at loosing the only thing which he had to remember his first love by. So he held onto it with all his might as the lion pulled at it saying, “Give it here right now you little piece of shit…” Yet Andol would not let go, even when the humans started to kick him he would not let go of his most precious passion… of course it eventually became too much and he found it ripped away from him. That was the end of it for him, as he found himself trapped there by these bullies and pinned to the wall, his ring stolen away by Leo… he wasn’t sure what he was going to do or how he was going to do, but the only thing he could do for the first time was to squeak out the words… “Help me…” It wasn’t loud, but if there was anybody in the hall they would be able to hear it.
 
"Give it back to him Leo." came a surprisingly calm soft spoken voice behind the wall of bullies. "Can't you find something else to do other then torture poor humans who couldn't fight you off if they wanted to?" This caused the two humans that followed the big lion around to turn and face the threat. The threat was a snake, nothing more, nothing less. He seemed like some kind of contrictor. No hood and no fangs to speak off. Smooth dark colored skin with various jewl tone markings. One of the popular anthros in the school. A track star to be exact and one of the few indeviduals that Leo really didn't screw around with. No one did considering his tail could crush the life out of you in about 5 minutes.

Nathanial was known to pretty much keep to himself, like most reptiles. They didn't have many friends, or close aquaintences. It wasn't in thier nature, just as defending weak species wasn't. However this one was going for a bit of a change. He knew Andol, lots of anthros did. After all they knew the dragon that had died. Just like most knew he was constantly picked on as most humans were but on a more extreme level because he was so....submissive. The snake had walked past him several times during the aftermath of a beating but never during. It seemed he was lucky this time and he wasn't going to sit by and watch while they snatched that precious ring from him. That wasn't right at all.

The two humans merely stared as the long tail snuck out wrapped around Leo's leg snatched the ring from his hand and tripped him all at once sending him careening into the two human in a domino effect. The snake laughed and stepped over the lion to help Andol to his feet. "Here you go kid." he said pushing the ring back into his hand. "Lets get you to the first aid lab shall we? Make sure these idiots didn't break anything. He wrapped a arm around the small human's shoulders in a protective gesture and they left the threesome trying to untangle themselves and get away before the pricipal caught them. "Don't worry they won't bother you anymore. Not knowing I'll be after them if they do." he seemed cold, somewhat distant. But reptiles didn't really smile, most weren't able to. So even if he seemed expressionless there was warmth in his voice they let Andol know that Nathanial was really concerned for him.
 
Andol's normally wasn't all that submissive in his personality... it was just that he had been trained to be that way. I was hard to really hold up after being beat up some many times, and to find that your efforts to fight back where easily brushed aside. That was probably the reason that he had fallen for Draco... the dragon who had died. The other male had protected and had helped to boast his confidence to fight back and even try to get stronger so that he would be able to defend himself. This had been crushed though with the death of the other male, as Andol had not really found much time to train himself before Draco had died, and so that left him in his weak state. He knew that it seemed sad, but his moral had been beaten down enough, but that didn't mean that he didn't fight back, which was why at this point he was trying to reach up and grab his ring back. It was indeed that important to him... of course that was when he suddenly heard something, in that long dark tunnel that he felt himself in, it was a voice... and form the sound of it; he could tell that it was indeed a voice of a savior.

Andol recognized the voice of Nathanial... one of the most popular guys at the school, and so there was no way that he could forget the snake. Plus the fact that Draco had known the snake had introduced him to the other male one time, and they sometimes had talked in the halls, but had not really been friend, but here he was being saved by the other male. This made him happy a bit as he smiled up in the direction of the snake and watched the since that happened. He cheered for the snake anthro in his mind, but knew that the end of this was already decided. The two humans where not going to mess with an anthro and Leo wasn't as strong as Nathanial was. So he watched as Leo realized that it was Nathanial that was behind them, and the lion turned around with a smile that was so smug it made one want to punch it off of his face, "Oh hey Nathanial... we were just trying to get some money from the human here... if you wanted to help I could give you a cut?" Though the feline quickly found his question answered as he was sent flying into his two cohorts. The three of them tangle up in each other, and trying to get away because they knew better than to piss the snake off even more... so they got up and started to run down the hall though Leo left with the words, "Don't think this is the end of this Nathanial... you can't protect him forever." Soon they were gone.

Andol just looked up at the larger male as he stepped towards him and helped him to get up. An act which he was grateful for because the punch that he had taken to the stomach had really hurt. He also took the ring and slipped it back onto its chain which was around his neck and luckily had not been broken, "Thanks Nathanial I really appreciate this... you didn't have to risk yourself for me." Andol was normally humble in his expressions of thanks, because he was so surprised usually when people helped him. As the other put his arm around his shoulder and they began to walk Andol blushed a little simply because he found the other male to be cute, and being in close contact with him, caused him to be a little embarrassed, "Yeah that is probably a good idea, I don't think they broke anything, expect maybe a rib... I am not sure, but if not that, then at least I will be able to get something for my eye." He pointed at his fresh black eye with an expression of mild annoyance. He could tell that the other was concerned for him, because Draco had been the same way. The dragon had showed a bit more emotion than most reptiles, but most of the time you had to listen to the sound of the voice to know exactly how they felt. “That is really sweet of you Nathanial… I have never had anyone stand up for me before… at least not since Draco died.” There was sadness in his voice at the end as he thought fondly of the dragon he had loved.
 
"Believe me Andol that isn't a risk. I have more strength in my tail then he does in his entire body. Perk to being a python don't you think?" he asked laughing softly as the pair rounded the corner and headed into the infirmery. The woman in charge was a very nuturing panda bear female by the name of Ms. Ling. She took one look at Andol and vanished reappearing with a pack of ice and gently began feeling his ribs. "Bruised not broken though if they kicked much harder they wouldn't cracked something. Andol dear you really must tell me who keeps doing this to you. If we tell the pricipal we can stop it you know."

The older panda female was used to Andol and other human never naming thier bullies. After all if it was found out they did, the bullies friends would come after him often 10 times worse then the first bully ever had. All in all they kept thier silence or looked for protectors in other anthros. It seemed Nathanial had taken up Draco's mantle judging by how the snake watched Andol. "Are you going to be walking him to his dorm Nathanial." she asked looking over at the snake who seemed surprised he'd been noticed at all. "Yeah I can't have him walking alone when his bully is on the warpath." he explained still no smile but his voice it sounded kid and he looked at the teen and his eyes seemed to smile.

"Right well let me get him some sort of pain reliever so you can walk him to his dorm. You have a painting class soon don't you?" the snake actually seemed to blush at that. The painting classes were private only a few of the teachers knew about them. After all he was the star sprinter, why on earth would he be painting? "Not today, Mr. Wilhelm has to help paint scenery for the drama class. I'll probably work with him Monday or something." Ms. Ling merely smiled she was always a meddlsome old panda. "Oh well then, I guess you have the entire night free huh?" her eyes were twinkling and Nathanial rolled his amber eyes. "Yes I plan on walking him to dinner too Ms. Ling."
"Good, now take these pill Andol and then you can head out." she handed the asprin to the teen before vanishing into her office.
 
Andol giggled in his usually girlish manner... something that sounded pretty cute when he let it come out, "Sounds like it. You have your own weapon of mass destruction when it comes to that tail. I guess the was really no reason to worry..." Andol always worried though about those that he considered friends, and because of the fact that the other had saved him from the bullies, he consider the python to be a friend. When they entered Ms. Ling office Andol just smiled softly and waved at her, simply because he knew her quite well form having been to her office so many times. Quite a few more than other humans really, though almost all the times it was bully related... because beyond that, Andol was a pretty healthy individual. When she came back with the ice he was quick to take the ice and put it over his eye, though he did wince a little when she began to feel his rib. The was a sigh of relief that came from the young man to find out there was nothing broken, "Well that’s a relief..." Though his words stopped the instant he found himself faced with the same question that he heard over and over... and his answer was always the same, "No one did this Ms. Ling, I just feel down some stairs was all." It was an obvious lie, but it was the best one he could come up with, and the only answer that he was going to give.

Andol hoped though that maybe he would have Nathanial as protection from now on, and maybe it would be like with Draco... maybe not the being in love with each other part, but at least the part of having the bullies leave him alone. Of course the loving part would be nice to... he would quickly be one of the first to admit that he found the track star to be a tall drink of water, then again, who would find the other male sexy. At least by anthro standards he was and also by the standards of humans, like Andol, who loved anthros. He looked over at Nathanial in an almost hopeful manner to Ms. Ling's question, and an obvious smile showed up on Andol's normally stoic face at the answer. Plus he could easily tell about the fact that he snake really cared, again for the same reason he could tell how much Draco had really cared. Andol had just become really good at reading reptilian anthros.... That was when he of course heard about painting classing... wait... Nathanial liked to paint; he had never heard anything about that. He realized that something that was quite private about the snake and he wanted to ask him about it a bit.

Andol smiled in a knowing manner as he saw the blush that crossed the others face. He knew that he wanted to ask more about the painting class... Andol was interested in good art, and he wanted to see some of the other male's pictures, "You do art Nathanial? You don't think that maybe we could go and look at some; I don't really have any more classes today. If you don't have anything else, then I would like to see them?" He spoke softly though and in a curious voice. Though the fact that the other male was going to be walking him to dinner definitely sounded like a nice thing. He reached out and took the pain pills and said to the panda, "Thank you Ms. Ling... Hopefully I won't be in here any time soon, at least not from any injuries..." He smiled softly as she turned and headed back to her office and then turned around and walked over to Nathanial, "So... how about we go look at some of your paintings, I promise I won't tell anyone about it. I admire those who are well... artist." Though in Andol's mind there where so many definitions of that, because the snake could be considered an artist on the track.

Ms. Ling merely smiled and vanished into her office taking Andol of her frequent visitor's list for a time. With Nathanial looking after him she doubted she'd see much of him for the rest of the school year. The snake had always been a bit like Draco reputation wise. When he decided to protect someone that someone was untouchable until he stopped protecting them which hardly ever happened. All in all she was glad it had been Nathainal who came across the poor boy and not some other being.

"Sure I can show you my painting if you like. It's in the studio upstairs with the other ones they're finishing up for the art show this weekend. Come on." he led the smaller teen through the halls and up the stairs to the open studio. His work was on the far wall in a frame with the other unknown artist submissions. It was what appeared to be a jungle setting and a tall handsome reptile was standing in a small river. It wasn't Nathanial that much was obvious. This snake was one color and had a very long tail, much longer then his not to mention he looked positivly predetory. "He's an anaconda. An ex of mine to be more percise. He goes to one of private collages in Brazil now. We broke up about a year ago.

The painting was surpsingly realistic you could almost feel the water droplets clinging to the reptile's chest and the look in his eyes was suggestive not overtly sexual. To add to the effect you could only see him from the waist up, everything below that was in the murky water which seemed almost as though you could touch it and come back with a wet hand. "I have a few more but they're not finished just yet. How about we get you to your dorm room now hmmm? That way you have time to rest before dinner?"
 
Andol was quite glad that he had been found by Nathanial. He knew that with the other male as his protector now, he was probably going to be quite safe, and that there would really be nothing to worry about when it came to those bullies anymore. The young man was glad that he would not have to really would not have to be fearful walking down the halls anymore. Plus now he knew that he wouldn't have to worry about missing a chess tournament because of injury. Andol was glad to have someone to replace... no... No one could ever replace Draco, but at least he would have someone who could protect him. Though he didn't know about how long he would be protected by Nathanial, but he had a feeling that he wouldn't have to really worry about such things ever again. He could usually tell when he was going to become friends with a person, and he knew that him and the other male where now friends.

Andol smiled happily about the fact that he would get to see the painting and he followed happily alongside the snake, "I bet you are quite a good artist... so what kind of things do you draw." The young man was obviously trying to make conversation while they walking along to get to the art studio. Yet it didn't take them long to get there and was soon lead to the art studio and then across it to a painting that was against the far wall that made the young man stare in disbelief, "Oh my god... Nathanial this painting is amazing." He looked at it and was amazed at the details on the painting... the snake that was on the picture looked so sexy that it wasn't even funny... actually the snake looked so sexy, that Andol found himself getting aroused by the picture. A blush appeared on his face as he felt himself responding... but luckily he wasn't getting hard completely. Though he looked at the other curiously when he realized who this was a picture of, "Wait... you mean... you like guys...?" Andol had never really thought of the snake as being one to enjoy the company of males. Andol had really to yet come out of the closet completely, despite his relationship with Draco... "He is certainly a handsome one. You have made him look very sexy in this picture." That hopefully gave all the information that the snake would need.

Once the young was finally able to find his way out of those snakes eyes and tried to calm himself down a bit because of how sexy the snake in the picture had been. Anyone who knew Andol knew that the young man had a thing for reptiles. He smiled though about the fact that this wasn't the only painting, "Well that is fine, you can just show them too me when you are done. Plus I would love to come to the art show if you want me to..." He wanted to ask the other male if maybe he wanted to come and see one of his chess tournaments, but he figured that the other wouldn't really be interested. At least until he heard the suggestion that they go back to his dorm, and that was when Andol had an idea, and he wondered for a moment saying, "Hey maybe if you want to when we go back to my room, do you want to hang out and play chess with me some. I kind of need to practice my new strategies I have been working on." Andol was captain of the chess team, and this was his first year on the team, and he had gotten that position because he was a prodigy at the game. The team was hoping that maybe Andol would indeed be a state champ.
 
"Yeah and he has the most amazing accent. It's deep and enchanting." Nathainal swayed gently as though remembering the enchanting baritone. "It was like sex in vocal form you know?" he laughed softly before realizing he may have made Andol uncomfortable. Nathanial had very fond memories of Zevran though he no longer really loved the Anaconda. It was more of a fond friendship with occasional benifits when the other reptile came to visit him. "Thanks though you know he does that by himself. It's a recreation of a photo he sent me when we were still dating."

"Yeah I do, I thought everyone knew that. I'm like the heart throb that girls swoon over but only because they can't have me. It was this big thing, Leo actually caught me making out with Zev and took a picture he posted it everywhere. He thought it would get me off the track team and kicked down the popularity ladder. It did the exact opposite thier are a lot of fangirls and boys in this school. I was actually getting letters to make me feel better for like a week. I didn't really care good thing about mixed school they're generally accepting of race and sexuality. A good portion of reptiles are inclined towads men, I mean have you see our females? Frigid much?" he laughed softly. "It has to be because they're cold blooded. Come on I'll help you with your chess moves, though I'm not very good."

He led the teen out of the art studio and into the residential wing of the school, boy side of course. "Now if I remember correctly this is your room right? I think I helped Draco move in when he decided to room with you. Are you by yourself now?" he questioned gently. "It has to be lonely." Nathanial personally wished he had a single room, they were much bigger and more relaxing then doubles. Not that his roomate was around much, he tended to spend every night with his girlfriend in her dorm room.
 
Andol looked into the others eyes as he watched the larger male remembering his old flame... it reminded him of the way that he thought of Draco, and in fact he understood the feeling completely. Just watched the other male think about the snake in the picture was quite cute really, and only made Andol think that much more of Nathainal. In fact just the way the other talked made him start to think about the dragon... those deep loving eyes... that nice set of comforting wings. Nothing had been better than cuddling up to those strong arms every night. They had never went further than that, and never had even gotten a chance to kiss... though Andol blamed himself for that, because he was normally so nervous, "I can really see how he could do that... I mean if this is what a photo of him would look like when painted. God he must have been sexy in person." His voice was a little nervous when he spoke, because he wasn't used to talking about cute guys with anyone expect for Draco. Yet for some reason, the young man just felt comfortable talking about it with the snake.

As he listened to the other explanation at exactly the method that he had been outed... he sighed inwardly with relief. It made the young man glad that the people at this school where indeed so open, but he also wondered if it was because of the snakes pervious reputation. He wondered if he would get the same reception if something like that had happened to him... he kind of doubted that he would. He wondered for a moment if he should say anything to Nathainal... but this thought was just one that showed his own social ignorance, because he wasn't sure how many people knew about his own sexuality. Draco had kept there relationship extremely low key, and the only real evidence that Andol knew of was the fact that they had been moved in together, but they had been so close as friends that he had hoped that, that had not gave them away. So that was when the young man made his own little move of bravery, but he wasn't sure how needed that it was, "Yeah I can see exactly what you mean... they all seem to quite boring, and not exactly the most pretty things on the planet either." Andol really though didn't think that most females where pretty, he really only judged looks by looking at guys, "I am the same way though Nathainal, I also only like guys. Please don't tell anybody..." Andol was obviously a little self conscious and sounded nervous when he spoke and so was in the closet, and really didn't know how many people actually knew about his relationship with Draco, but didn't mind because of how popular the dragon had been. He had become the envy of quite a few girls without even knowing.

He smiled softly though when they finally left the art studio and headed in the direction of the of the dorms, and quickly found his room, the number on his door being 220, "Yep this is mine. You certainly have a good memory, that way if I had need you to come back, I won't have to leave bread crumbs." He giggled a little as he unlocked it and let them both in to a very well nicely decorated room. Though it was obvious about Andol's liking for reptile males... especially with all the posters that he had, quite a few of them where you could easily see the outline of the there bulge in there underwear. Some where like the painting of Zevran. Yet it was mostly of dragons, snakes... and gryphons. Besides the posters, Andol also had a large flat screen TV and his X-Box 360 with all his games near it. In the middle of the room was a already set up chess board with two chairs set up on the opposite side... then there was also something that peeking of form under the young mans bed and it was the draw that held his collect of porn... which was again dragons, snakes, and gryphons... all of them males. As he walked in and shut the door behind him he said with a smile, "Yes you are right... I don't really have anyone in here as a roommate, so I have a extra bed, and they even let me put in a larger queen bed as my own, though my parents had to pay extra money for that. So what do you think of my humble abode." He knew that the other male had never seen his room before, at least not decorated like this with all of his.... 'bachelor stuff' as he liked to call it.
 
"He had an ego though. Anaconda's are notoriously arrogent. There the biggest contricter on the planet. In more ways then one if you know what I mean." he snickered softly and went quiet worried he was making the poor human uncomfortable. No used it being so blatently sexual around a virgin. It would probably scare him, and Nathanial certainly didn't want that. Plus he didn't really want to talk about his well endowed ex too much it still managed to get him riled up. Damn Zev and his exotic accent. "But he was quite the catch."

"Well I sort of knew Andol, Draco looked at you in away he only looked at boyfriends and people he cared for greatly. He wouldn't have been so open about it if he wasn't sure you liked him too. Which led me to assume you liked guys as well." he grinned softly which was odd given the number of rather sharp teeth he seemed to have. But it wasn't threatening just a bit unusual. It might take a little getting used to if anything considering.

"It's nice, you have a thing for reptiles I take it?" he questioned looking at all the posters. "Which would explain Draco." he snickered and sat down on the vacant bed croslegged his tail resting along the length of the bed. "I need a longer bed because of my tail." said appendage moved by his whim in a slow slithering movement. A bit creepy really but he was a snake after all he did move in a snake like fashion. "So shall we begin the chess practice my dear?" he teased softly.
 
When the other spoke about the personality of the Anaconda… it made the humans option of him change a little bit. He really didn’t like arrogant guys, because it was guys like that, who where normally so mean to him. He didn’t mind someone who had pride… Andol himself pride in his chess skills, but someone who was arrogant, was just extremely annoying. Of course when he heard what the other also implied about his boyfriend the blush on the young man’s face went beat red, as he sheepishly said, “Yeah I think I know exactly what you are talking about.” That just gave Andol a image of what had possibly been below that water, and the very idea of it had the young man getting quite aroused, and he found himself getting hard, but he quickly realized that he was around a anthro. He knew that the other males excellent sense of taste would be able to pick up the smell of lust coming off his body, and so he quickly began to think of the worse things that he could, and hoped that maybe he could get rid of his feelings of arousal. Though it did take him a few second which was plenty of time for the air to be stained with the way Andol had felt. Which he figured that he would probably be hearing about it any second... not that he minded. If he had minded the other males teasing then he would have said so. Andol enjoyed it even though it made him blush quite a bit and made him shy... I mean who wouldn't enjoy one of the hotest guys in school talking about these kinds of thing with them.

He waited nervously for the other males answer to what he was going to say… though he wasn’t expecting rejecting, though he wasn’t sure what he was expecting. The answer that he did get, though made him feel better, and his shoulders noticeably relaxed quite a bit. It was obvious that the young man felt quite a bit better that the other knew and didn’t seem to hold any judgment towards him over it. He knew that he shouldn’t have thought that Nathanial would, but it was simply that ever sense his parents had disowned for it. He was so nervous about saying anything over it, since he had been lucky they had not cut him off completely and still gave him money, but they never came to see him. Which in Andol’s mind was the worst thing of all, “Thank you for that Nathainal… you really have no idea how much that means to me. I just really have always expected to people to reject me since my parents originally did. I mean Draco was the first person that I met that accepted me for who I was…” For a second his eyes seemed to tear up, “I really miss him so much.” He was on the verge of crying, but brought himself under control, because he knew that the dragon would only want him to think about the good times, and those good times ahead, and so that was what he was going to do, “ Just give me a second… I need to collect myself.” He wiped his eyes and then said, “Alright I will be fine now.” Besides they had chess game to play.

Andol blushed a bit as the other looked around his room and realized the quite obvious thing about the lithe youth, “Yeah you could say that, though I find gryphons pretty sexy too… but not as much as you guys.” He pointed to the pictures of the gryphons that he had on his wall, and that was when he noticed out of the corner of his eye the porno collect that was visible, though with a few quick, but not so subtle kicks of his feet he quickly hid it. Especially because the images that where on the top where of some humans sucking off a Anaconda and another of a human getting fucked by a snake just Boa that looked quite a bit like Nathainal. He grinned a little sheepishly as he did this, because he had not really done a good job when pushing them under the bed. So he decided to go with the pretend they where not there tactic instead. Then he noticed the other male’s little problem when it came to a bed, and he made sure to store that away in his memory so that he would be able use that later. Though he did know how he could help out with it for now, “Hey why don’t you come over her and sit on my bed… it is a queen and so there should be plenty of room for your tail, and I can move the chess board to where you can get to it.” So the young man got up and moved the table closer to his own bed, and quickly set up the pieces, and made sure that the white where next to the bed, and then he sat down in the chair in front of the black pieces and turned back to for the first time in what the snake had probably seen, Andol smirked at the comment that was a tease and said, “Yes… by all means let us began. You can even have the honor of the first move.” Though there was still that cute red blush on Andol’s face… the tease had definitely had it’s flirtatious affect.
 
It didn't take long for Nathainal to catch the taste of human arousal in the room. At which point he felt quite a bit worse then he originally did. Teasing the poor boy with images of what was hiding beneath the water in that painting. Funny how human arousal affected a snake that had been celibate for the past several months. Andol smelled positivly fantastic so innocent and inexperianced. Draco had quite the catch on his claws before he died. Anyone would be lucky to have him for a boyfriend. Hopefully the poor human wouldn't be alone much longer. It had been heart breaking watching him mourn the lose of Draco.

"I didn't mean to tease you so, I forget you've been as celibate as long as I have if not longer huh? I'll try and behave myself, it must be akward knowing I can tell the moment you get aroused. "You taste good by the way." he snickered softly "I'll stop now I promise." he crossed his arms over his lap trying his best to behave. It was hard though because Andol was adorable and quite refreshing to be around. "Well he was a good guy. Such a shame that the car accident was at just the right angle to actually kill him. Dragons are usually so damage resistant. And I'll stop talking about it now." he reached out and squeezed the teen's shoulder gently. He was glad to see Andol seemed to be getting over it slowly but surely. It had been hard on alot of people especially on those closest to him.

Snickering his eyes sparkled at the site of the teen hiding away his porno magazines. It was actually sort of cute he hadn't seen exactly what they were but he did notice a few the looked like snakes. Funny how many porm magazines one could find of snakes. "Yeah Griffens can be pretting interesting. They're so rare though, I don't even think we have one at this school. He stood and sat beside the the human his tail streatching out across a good portion of the bed. God it was huge and thick on top of that it was amazing he avoided to keep it from being stepped on every five seconds. "Okay so let me see if I remember how to play chess." and he made the first move and prepared to get beat by a human who was half his size.
 
Andol knew by the look on the other male’s face that he had caught the scent that he had given off. He had not been surprised and really had expected it. Andol knew all about the species that he had a thing for, and the thing about snakes was they had a good sense of taste, that really made up for there lack of a sense of smell. They smelled with there tongue was probably the best way that he knew how to put it. Of course that was just one thing about anthros that he found so amazing was the fact that he knew that his body would automatically express his liking for them, and he wouldn’t have to worry about it. That was really how him and Draco had hooked up in the first place, since the dragon had been able to tell the young man liked what he saw in the locker room, and had talked to him about it after gym class. It was that incident that really set off Andol preference for the anthros over his own species, plus the fact that he liked there normally more caring and mostly certainly loyal disposition.

“Oh don’t worry about it Nathainal, and actually I am still a virgin me and Draco never really even got to kiss if you can believe that… Though those heighten senses like Draco’s nose or your tongue, that is actually one of the things about you guys that I had always found so attractive. It was because of a sense of being able to smell arousal that first got the ball rolling on me and Draco’s relationship. I don’t know if I would have ever had the nerve to talk to him, if he hadn’t approached me because he could smell the fact that I was turned on by him. I mean you do remember how much of a tall drink of water he was when you could see him half naked in the locker room?” It actually helped him feel better to talk about the dragon, it helped him get over any sadness and remember the good times. When the other mention though that he tasted good, Andol began to blush a beat red color… and he found himself left without anything that he could say. He wanted to tell the other that he wasn’t so half bad looking himself, but he felt too nervous to say anything to the other male. Plus he was trying to calm down, and get off the flirting subject… of course when the other male brought up Draco, that quickly helped to curve any more flirting as he sad in a said manner and said, “Yeah he really was. I guess it was just his time to go, or at least that is the way that he would have expressed it anyway.” The dragon was a believer in destiny… he used to always tell the human that there relationship had been just that… destiny. When the snake reached out and squeeze his shoulder, he looked over at him and softly smiled, glad that he had a friend like Nathainal to be there for him.

Andol could tell that he had been caught when it came to the porn magazines, but he was lucky that the snake had not say anything. It was probably best that they best didn’t go off on a gutter subject… at least not now anyway. Though talking about gryphons was perfectly ok, “You know now that I think about it you are right. I mean I know they are rare, but I thought we had at least one here, but I have been here for 12 years and we have never really had one as a student… I think that was way I had always said to myself if I ever meet one I would jump his bones and ride him the instant I met him.” Andol blushed at the moment that he said this, and yet still he giggled a little at his own sexual joke this time. He obviously didn’t mean it though. Andol had way more class than that. With that he knew that it was time for them to play chess as the other mentioned trying to remember Andol said with a soft smile, “Don’t worry about it my friend. I promise that I will go easy on you.” It was then that the chess match started… Andol used a timer because it was required in the tournaments, and so he needed to practice thinking quickly. The game moved on, with Andol then Nathainal hitting the timer… and it was after about 7 moves going back and forth the words issued form the young man’s mouth, “Checkmate.” As he laid the snakes kick down and said, “I think I went a little too easy on you… you took one of my pawns.” He giggled a little at his joke… Andol was obviously captain of the chess team for a reason.
 
"Owww my head hurts. I really don't like chess." he complained softly. "But you're very good it's no wonder your the captain. I bet you'll take us to state if you keep up the good work." he set the pieces back up and they started another game and another until the 15 minute before dinner bell rang. "Come on lets get going Andol, we need to get a good table so I can make sure Leo doesn't try to sneak up on you. He took a moment to strech his back arching to an almost extreme degree. Such as snakes were able to do, before he wrapped his tail around his leg and prepared escorted Andol out into the crowded hallways.

It seemed with the snake escorting him through the halls everyone made a wide berth around them. People who usually shoved the poor human out of the way plastered themselves to the walls until they passed. The got to the lunch room in record time. "Ohh awsome. Mica already got a table. Do you want to sit with my friend and I?" Mica was one of the best long jumpers on the track team, he was after all a leopard he waved at his reptillian friend. "Get your ass over her snake boy before everyone else steals the good spots." he called and Nathanial laughed softly. "Coming!" Turning to Andol he spoke lowly to his little human. "Why don't you go sit down and I'll get the food for the both of us? That way we don't have to worry about you being accidentally tripped or something you know?"

After ushering the human to the table he vanished into the crowd leaving him alone with a Leopard, a cheetah, two wolves and a tiger. These were all the all star track members so of course they'd be friends of Nathanial's. It seemed only Mica seemed inclined to talk to him, he was a nice enough feline if not a bit pushy. "So Nathanial has taken up Draco's mantle has he? About time, I was gonna do it soon if someone else didn't. Seeing Leo beat you up for money on a daily bases was starting to get annoying. Soooo do you like him, interesting isn't he? Don't worry he's really quite nice even if he seems cold."
 
Andol snicker at the other males compliant… he found it to be quite cute really, and he really appreciated that the other had been such a good sport and had challenged him to a chess game even though there was almost no chance of winning, “Why thank you Nathainal, I usually try to practice a lot, though they say that I am so good at chess because of the fact that I am prodigy. That it simply comes naturally, though I could say the same thing about you on the race track… I am sure that sleek body, and strong muscles give you a running advantage. He laughed a little as he said this, though he did blush, because again he found himself complimenting a male that he liked so much, “I really hope I can get to state, it would be nice to finally win something for once. Plus the fact that they take us on chartered bus to Washington D.C for the tournament. I mean there are some really fancy hotels in the biggest city in the state, maybe you could come watch if I make it that far if you want?” Andol wasn’t sure whether or not he was going to succeeded though. Once they got back to play another game and then another, he soon came lost in his mind and the pieces again, and was soon down to winning in only 5 moves. Which was the best that he could do, even since it took a certain set up to win in 3...

As there last game came to a end Andol smile as he said, “Thank you for play with me Nathainal, I know it must not be fun losing, but thank you for being such a good sport about it. I really needed the practice, as well as someone to talk to.” As the other stood up Andol followed suit and watched other with a soft smile as the male showed off that snake like flexibility. He wondered for a moment exactly how flexible the snake was…. No wait, he needed to get those nasty thoughts out of his head, he sometimes let it go to the gutter when he didn’t need to, “Yeah, you are right… though I doubt he will try to hurt me with you around again.” He had seen enough to know that he was quite safe with his new friend, and for the first time Andol felt unworried about anything like that. This even showed as they walked down the hall next to each other, it was not hard for Andol to notice how wide of a berth he was being given, and the made him smile inwardly, which even brought a small smile to his outward appearance. When they reached the dinning hall, Andol realized that he was going to get to meet the snakes friends, which was obviously form what he could see the other members of the school track team. Andol had always found most of them to be nice guys, he had never been bothered by any of them, though Draco had been one of them. So he knew that was the reason why. He couldn’t help, but snicker at the banter between the two males and he looked with a soft smile at the snake and nodded his head, “Ok… just make sure you grab me some of the hot wings ok. I really was happy they where having them today and have been looking forward to it, and be careful yourself… don’t want that nice tail of yours getting stepped on.”

As he sat down at the table he looked around at the other male’s most of him didn’t seem yet inclined to talk expect for a male leopard, that he remember was called Mica. He had meet him before now, because this was one that Draco had introduced him too. He had found the other to have very up front personality, but he was certainly a person that he liked, and was glad that he might have a chance to be friends with, “Yeah I guess you could say that. He found me in the hallway this afternoon, and saved my ass, so I guess you could say he had taken over for Draco in that respect.” He actually though blushed a little at the fact that the best long jumper on the team might have come along and saved him also… it made him wonder how popular he was among Draco’s teammates. He knew though that this meant that he probably had a whole new set of friends, and probably wouldn’t have to watch his back much and maybe he could walk around the halls in peace now. Though when asked about Nathainal Andol could only blush a deep red, “Well yeah… I actually like him quite a bit, he is certainly a nice guy… and has quite few interesting feature. Trust me when I say you don‘t have to worry about me knowing that, Draco was a bit of the same way. Most of the reptiles seem to be that way.” His voice seemed to get a bit more nervous when he talked about the snakes, ‘interesting features’. In a way it was easy to see that the human had a sort of crush on the snake, yet didn’t want to admit it yet.

It was then that another male chimed and it was the tiger that was sitting down on the end of the table who greeted Andol with a outreached hand, and sat on one side of Andol, and left the other side open for the snake, “My name is Joshua, and I don’t believe that we have meet before.” The tiger was few years behind Andol, and plus he had feminine build to him, that was a bit similar to Andol. Plus by his mannerisms, he was one who was obviously openly gay. The tiger looked at Andol, as his eyes seemed to roam over the young mans body and he even gave him a teasing looking as he said, “I think I like this one. So Andol tell me… are you still a virgin.” Joshua had bit of a reputation for saying exactly what he was thinking, even if it was something that showed his mind was in the gutter at the moment.
 
"Leave him alone Joshua." Mica said swatting his friend in the back of the head. "He's shy remember, you don't go about asking shy boys if they're virgins or not. Even if he so obviously is one." The second wolf laughed softly. "You're talking about him as if he isn't there Mica watch it." The leopard had the curtesy to blush softly and aplogize. "Sorry about that Andol. I tend to um....forget that people can hear me talking about them." then he went silent and continued eating his meal much to his temates amusment, they were all snickering softly. "He does that, don't let it bother you. Sometimes he just forgets he's in a room of crowded people who can all hear him talking. But it does mean he likes you so...you know plus points there."

Moments later Nathanial reappeared with two plates of food, one decorated with several hot wings and other human foods. "Here you go." he said as he sat down beside the human. His own food appeared to be some kind of roasted rodent. A moust or perhaps a rat, the school like to try and keep thioer diets the same as they would if they were actual animals. So his food was mainly small rodents and mammals though you couldn't really tell what the other's were as they were chopped up and could easily be mistaken for chunks of ground beef. It was the only way the cooks at the school could be sure to not gross out the humans with some of the less then appealing foods. That wasn't to say the anthros didn't eat human food at all. As a matter of fact there were several hot wings and a piece of pizza on Nathanial's plate. Human food just wasn't good for them.

"Have they been toturing you with embaressing questions Andol?" he asked once he settled down into his seat. The two of them were on one cornor of the bench the rest of it was taken over by Nathanials thick tail. One couldn't sit comfortably with a tail wrapped around there leg. "Don't let it bother you. Joshua is a horndog and Mica is a spaz. I think the only two sane ones are the wolves." One of the wolves chuckled at that. "No we're no more sane then you are Nathanial, we just hide it better." before he began eating his tail wagging to and fro. "I am not a spaz!" Mica whined his ears flattening on his head for a moment. "I'm just eccentric and we all know you're the biggest horndog here snake boy. Boa's libido much?" he snickered which earn a smack at the back of the head curtesy of the snake's tail. "Owwwww." he whined softly and went silent for a moment.
 
Andol wacthed the guys who where talking with a smile on his face, as he laughed at the antics of Mica and Joshua. The tiger who when got slapped in the back of the head said in a joking manner, "Hey... I can't help it, when I see a cute madian. I just have to make move. They are always the best on that first 'taste'." Those words just made Andol blush even more as he found himself being talked about form both the tiger and the leopard. It was somthing he found really made him shy, though in a way he was actually having a lot of fun. More fun than he had around the more uptight guys on the chess team. Not all of them where like that, but most where, yet it seemed that Nathainal's friends where the type of group that was probably just what the doctor ordered for Andol. His respone to the leopard was quite quick, "Oh don't worry about it guys, it is actually nice to get hit on for once... kinda makes a guy feel special..." Of course the other wolf wishpered under his breath form down the table, "Oh I can make you feel special." Causing the young man to blush... his button had been found, and being a more fun loving group of guys, it was obviously going to get pushed quite often. Which again was not somthing that he minded, though it did embress him quite a bit.

The human though was glad to see the return of the snake, so that maybe he could get to eating, and maybe less embressment. Andol had always found that if he could focus on somthing then he could keep away his esaily embressed blush. Which was what he was trying to do... "Yay... hotwings. Thank you for getting my food for me Nathainal." Always one to be ploite, the young man never forgot to say thank you, especially to someone who had done as much for him as the snake had. His eyes though couldn't help, but be drawn to the food that was on the other male's plate. Andol knew that the school made food for the anthro's that was along with there diets as if they where animal's to keep them healthy, but he have never seen the food of a snake... at least an anthro snake before. For a human it might have looked actually all that nasty, but Andol was one who liked to try new things, and for what hew as sure was going to be a supirsing question he looked at Nathainal and asked curiously, "Hey could I try a small peice of that. Just a small peice. I don't think I have ever eaten rodent before. I want to know what it taste like." He wanted the other to know that he knew exactlly what it was that he would be putting into his mouth.

"Yeah kinda, though it hasn't been too bad, though I think I am being propositioned by a certian tiger over here." He said these words with a joking manner while point at Joshua who said in a voice with mock essaperation, "Why Andol... I would never do such a think. Especially not a little ripe cherry such as yourself." The tiger couldn't help, but snicker at his own play on words today. Andol blush was a little on the contrary to his words, "Oh don't worry, they aren't bothering me. I actually find it to be quite refreshing. Most of the guys on the chess team are kind of what you would call stiffs and are not as fun as this." It was quite ture what Andol said, and he knew that he would have to introduce the snake to his friends in the chess club maybe some other time... plus he knew two of them who it would do some good to be seen hanging out with chess club. A girlish giggle escaped form his throat as the antics of the snake and his friend contiuned and he even joined in a little by teasing telling Nathainal, "Really now Nathainal... first you where snake man, now you are horn dog... which is really. Or is the snake in snake man talking about a differnt 'snake' all together." He hoped that the other would get his joke, but to make sure he winked when he said 'snake' that final time. Though is joke was ruined a little becuase of the really bad blushing that covered Andol's face while he teased the other male. Yet time it was not becuase it was a sexual joke, it was more becuase the joke and the words of the leapord had caused Andol's mind to woner into the gutter quite a bit when thinking about the snake... and again he had the same problem he was having before. Which was the fact he knew that the smell of his arousal was seeping out into the air again, and so he starting things the worse thoughts he could... 'old ladies naked on a cold day'.... 'old ladies naked on a cold day'.....
 
"Um what?" Nathanial asked genuinly surprised at the request to try some of his food. "Are you sure?" Across from them Mica made a gagging sound before eating his steak. "You'd think they wouldn't do that given the fact we have mouse anthros here, I mean if they knew....hell would break loose. But I suppose that's why they eat in the other cafeteria. The carnivors must make them awful nervous, though god mouse males are adorable." Mica purred softly causing the snake's ever present tail to smack him yet again. "Fine, Fine okay, I'll behave. Killjoy." he grumbled as he began eating his steak. "Yes, yes I am." and with that Nathanial picked a small piece of meat and placed it on Andol's plate. "There you go. Kind of tastes like ground beef, so it shouldn't bother you too much."

The boa blinked at his young friend caught off gaurd by the attempt to flirt. It was quite charming really, the blush on his cheek was delicious and there was that taste again. He was so easy to get riled up, no wonder Joshua was giving him a hard time. "Nope just me, no other snake to speak off." he responded softly while the second wolf Blaise said something like. "That's not what your last boyfriend said." which earned him a smack in the back of the head as well. Mainly because the comment had even made Nthanial blush lightly. "Behave you guys, I don't want you scaring him away like you did the last human that ate with us."
"Psh it's not our fault he was skittish and a bit of a homophobe." Mica explained waving his hand to and fro gently.

Nathanial nodded gently and began to eat his food trying very hard to remember to chew rather then swallowed everything whole. Unessicary jaw movement chewing but since he was an anthro and not just a random snake he was able to do so. "If you don't like it don't worry. Some people get grossed out just because they knew it's mouse." he shrugged and bit into the pizza chewing thoughfully. He did so love pizza it was one of his favorite human foods it was always so good!
 
The young man knew that his request would throw the snake off gaurd a little bit, but that was really to be expected. It was probably not every day that someone who was not a snake asked to try his food... espcially with that someone being a human. Yet that was just Andol's nature, he was really willing to try new things and to get as deep as possiable into the world that anthro's lived in. He really did prefer there company to his own kind, which was why he knew quite a bit about them, "Oh course I am sure silly, I have always wondered what rat tasted like." Mica's comment though quickly distracted him, as the leapord brought the one type of anthro that Andol loved, but didn't have porn of, since it was so hard to find stuff on mice... and they where never subs in those pics... which was supirsing as girlish as some of them seemed. Andol loved mice differntly becuase they where the only anthro he wanted to sub for him and not sub for, "I know exactlly what you mean, they are the cutest things ever, I would just love to pet one of there little wiskhered cheeks. Hmm they are just so cute." His voice seemed kinda dream at the end, and for the first time his more girlish side came out. His blushing face stayed with him through the entire statment though, but for once he was willing to say such things. He felt that these guys where helping to remove a barrier of nervousness that had always been up around him for so long.

At Mica's words Andol's reaction was a bit atypical, as instead of a blush, it was a snicker that came form the young man. It was showing that just being around these guys that Andol was start to devolp a bit in getting rid of that nervousness. Yet that cute blush still stayed on his face, becuase he knew that no matter what he would never be able to help it. Of course he did cacth the site out of the cornor of his eyes the sight of the snake blushing... it was rare to see a reptile blush which ment that the comment, must have been spot on. So he tried to see if he could maybe push the button just a little more, "Really now... I would like to see that some day..." Ok now that one slipped out, and actually embressed Andol so much that his face just turned really red and he hid his face in his hands. He had not really ment it come out like, but it had. So he just tried to do some damage control and change the subject, which it seemed Mica had given him a chance to do, and so he shook his head with a sigh, and said with obvious annoyance, "Please don't tell me the guy was that kid name Jerald... My assistant chess team captian...Becuase tha sounds just like him to a T." It ment that the guy was the one right under him on the team, and Jerald hated him for it, becuase the other had been on the team for about 2 years and Andol came out of no where and took his chance to be captain. The other had found out that he was gay and tried to use it against him, with the coach, but luckily that had not gone over for Jerald... whose homophobicness got him in trouble and luckily everything had been kept under wraps.

Andol found himself another reason to snicker though he tried to do so quitly as he wacth the snake try to chew his food... he made a mental note to let the other know when they where in privite and talking to each other that he could eat everything whole that he wanted. Reaching out with his fork he took the piece of rat meat and popped it into his mouth, and began to chew it slowly to get the flavor and well he found it to be... pretty damn good. He looked at the other male with a smile on his face, "Wow Nathanial... I can't see how you would not think that I would like this becuase this stuff taste really good. I mean it is not as good as hot wings, but man... next time you are going to have get me a helping of that." Andol knew that he sounded werid for asking for it, but he didn't care... it was good food. Though still those hotwings on his plate where calling his name and it didn't take long for the young man to dig into eating them... and licking the hot sauce off his fingers... an action which when he accidently did it to slow got a, "Yeah that looks nice..." and a purr form Joshua... which for the first time earned the tiger a slap up beside the head form Andol... who didn't even miss a beat with his eating as the other male said joking, "Now he is getting it."
 
"When I see a mouse I always have to swallow the urge to eat it...." Nathanial said offhandedly. "I mean they're adorable and all that but it's just a natural reaction. When I see a mouse I think Yummy and not in the sexual fashion. I do try to control it though; my lab partner is a mouse. Poor guy is so nervous around me he almost always messes up the project we're working on. I mean it's not like I'm going to eat him in the middle of class." Mica merely starred at him and started laughing. "Dude your predator instinct is gleaming in your eyes when you think of him. No wonder he's so nervous, have you tired to trade?" Nathanial nodded and proceeded to explain how the teacher thought it was a good idea for them to work together. After all a mouse couldn't be skittish around carnivores for all eternity they'd end up being shut ins.

Nathanial gaped at his human companion the flush reappearing on his cheeks. "We'll have to see about making that happen." he said grinning softly. Then came the customary Oooohs from the peanut gallery that sat around them. Nathanial glared at them all a bit ticked off that they ruined his moment with their tendency to make stupid comments. "Yes that was his name. Blaise saved him from a miniature pack of hyena anthros, the moment he found out three of us were gay he booked it. Apparently he found solace in the arms of some other anthro. A female hyena to be more specific. Since they're matriarchal she has most of the males wrapped around her finger." Hyena females were known for being tough and rather dominant.

"You are a very interesting human." he said upon the comment about the rat being good. "Most humans make faces when we reptiles get our food. I mean in retrospect it's probably because some of us eat insects. I mean even I make a face when I see the baked grasshopper dish." if he'd been able to he would've wrinkled his nose a bit in distaste but he really didn't have that ability being a snake and all. "Very good Andol. See you're already fitting right in with us. I'm surprised Joshua doesn’t have brain damage from the number of time we've all smacked him. At least I don't think he does...." he started laughing as Mica and Blaise caught on to the joke.
 
Andol looked at other male with what was an obvious grin on his face as he had to almost keep form brust out laughing at what the snake said, "Really is that truth Nathanial... you are going to have to introduce me to this guy some time. Maybe I can help out a little be, especially if he knows how much of a sweetheart you are." He understood though how the mouse had to feel though, because he was looking in the other male's at that moment and he could see this look that he had never seen in the snakes eyes before, "Maybe you should trade though... I mean just becuase your teacher means well you may not be the exact best predator to be the one to help him get over hsi problem if you know what I mean." Andol still could understand it really, becuase if he thought that someone was going to eat him... then he would avoid them also. "Hey wait a mintue don't we have the same lab class, why don't we be lab partners. It would help the mouse out, and plus we could hang out for a bit more." Andol didn't really mind though if the snake didn't want to do it. He would understand if the other male wanted to try and control it as well as help the mouse overcome his fears.

When Andol heard the others reply he felt so embressed that he had said what he had said. Andol was obvoiusly a really shy on, and the noises that where coming form the others really was not helping, inculding Joshua saying, "Someone wants to suck on some's big bad python." Andol didn't go for a slap this time as he hid his head on the table and covered his face with his hands, wondering really how the situation could get that much more embressing. Of course again he was gald for the subject change which helped him to start thinking about somthing else, "Oh god I hate that bicth... becuase she is apperantly just as homophoibic as he is and loves to come into the chess club to hang out with her little boytoy there and also cause hell for me..... in more ways than one." He then pulled up a sleeve and showed a scar on his arm that he normally kept hidden and had not told about the injury before, "It form one of her little hyena boys doing her bidding. She really doesn't like that took Jerald's chance to be chess team captian away. So she deicded to become my other main bully beside Leo." Andol though wasn't a worried, becuase he doubted that Keshia(The female hyena) would stupid egough to screw with Nathanial.

Andol blushed at the other words as a cute red flush carresed his soft cheeks, "Thanks man, I mean I have always enjoyed trying new things... I think that humans don't really give it a chance becuase they just see it as animal food really, but you guys are just like us... just anthro's instead. So I mean your food generally taste as good our does... mostly" Thoug when he said mostly he was talking about the insect anthro's becuaes they ate some things that not even a very unpicky eat anything type guy like Andol couldn't stand. Then when he heard the words... 'baked Grasshopper' he said the words that he knew would diffently be a shocker, "Actually that stuff doesn't taste all that bad... but certianly looks nasty." He had tried it once just becuase he was curious and had found himself eating the entire dish really. Joshua almost couldn't help himself as he found an evil grin on his face. He held up his fingers in a heart shape with Andol and Nathanial in the view bettewen his fingers, "Aww look at the future new Mr. Nathanial... and his cute boy Mr. Andol...." Of course this earn him a quick hit form Andol, which the human was sure would be followed up by somthing form the snake, "I can see exactlly what you mean. Though there has to be some brain damage... I mean you would think he would learn... I think we have rendered him incapable though." He stuck his tongue out a Joshua in a take that manner only to get the reply, "I already know your button cutie... and by the way that is quite a sexy tongue." Andol found himself hiding with blush as that was sad... Joshua 1.... Andol 0
 
"Oh yeah that's right isn't it? You usually work at the back of the room don't you? I remember your one of the best students in that class. You work with a rather soft spoken Fox don't you? Maybe the fox would be easier for the little mouse to handle, rather then a big bad snake. I'll ask Mr. Wolfson on Monday." It seemed like a good idea, he'd have a competent partner and the mouse wouldn't have nightmares about Nathanial eating him in the middle of class any longer. It wasn't as though he didn't like the mouse, he was a sweet thing. Very kind if not a bit jumpy and he had the biggest blue eyes. He was more innocent the Andol though, he'd seen other hitting on him male and female and the little mouse never seemed to notice or if he did he didn't care. "Yeah I bet little Mitchell will be much happier with a fox and I'll be happier with you." he was talking to himself lowly so no one aside from Andol would've picked it up. It was an addmittance of attraction though it was obvious he had no intention of acting on said attraction just yet.

The snake hissed lowly at the sight of the scar on his arm his eyes darkening for a breif moment. However it was gone just as quickly after all snakes could be frightening when they were mad. "That looks nasty kiddo." Blaise said after a moment trying to break the dark mood that had struck his friend. "Hyneas are cowards when they're alone, persistant, but cowardly none the less. But when they're in a pack even a group of wolves have trouble with them. They always gang up on one and try to take him down as quickly as possible before moving to the next. It's a dirty tactic but they're not known for thier fairness." the snake nodded. "Bunch of scavangers, I'd love to see them lay a hand on you with me in the room. Have those mutts are scared stiff when they see me." he smirked and it was a cruel thing, something only a cold blooded reptile could accomplish. It even quited Mica who was usually always the one to lighten the mood.

"Definatly a strange one." Mica echoed after a moment before grinning. "You'll fit right in with us." and of course as expected when Joshua commented there was another smack on the back of the head from Nathanial's tail. "He's gonna have brain damage if we don't stop." Blaise said after a moment of starring at the dazed expression of the poor cat. "I'll be nice if he behaves." the snake retorted as he started to eat finally and it seemed that was that. The rest of the meal they talked comanionably with one another. Nathanial gave Andol more of his food to eat when he asked for it and eventually the meal bell rang and everyone stood to go to thier dorms. "So tomorrow you have your chess game right?" he asked as he bid goodbye to his friends and headed to Andol's dorm with him. "What time is it? That way I know when to meet you at your dorm. We don't want you to be late do we?" he nudged his friend in the side and laughed softly.
 
Andol nodded his head happily gald that the other male remembered him. It was somthing that made the young man excited becuase he knew that he aslo had been right about his class with Nathanial, "Yes you are right, I mostly like to work with Jamie... I think the teacher put us together becuase we are both the shyest ones in the class, so he figured that we would fit in together. I will make sure to go with you, when we go and talk to him, just so that he will know that it is just one of us coming up with the idea. If you want we could get the mouse guy to come to, so maybe if Mr. Wolfson tries to regert then Mitchell can explian how it really bothers him to group with you. I think that he will be much happier with Jamie anyway. The fox is diffently about 10 times less intemidating than you are." Yet when the snake lowered his voice, what was said was kind of given away by the fact that Andol started blushing like crazy, though this was differnt than before. It seemed so much more innocent and cute, and held a deepper level of embressment, though it was about somthign that Andol had kind of wanted for a long time, "Yeah I think that you will diffently be a much more appealing lab partner." Andol did his best in that statment to also give away his addmittance of attraction.

Ando l was actually gald to hear the hissing of the snake when he told him about the fact that he was bullied by the hyena and had recieved an injury form her. Though he did find himself almost scotting away form the snake, though Blaise was able to break this thought away form Andol, "Yeah it really was... though I have to admit that it was the first time I had ever kicked someone ass... ever sense then they only ever attacked me in a group of two or more....." Andol knew the hyena that had done it was kind of a weak one, but he felt proud of that victory becuase it had been when he had started to stand up for himself. So he knew exactlly what they ment by the fact they where cowards, becuase of the fact that they had awlays ganged up on him form that day afterward. Still he didn't get bullied by most male hyena's becuase of that moment... it was usally only when Keshia told them to that they usally ever tried to do anything to them. Which was why Andol was usally more worried about Leo when it came to being bullied and not really the hyena's. Though when he heard Nathanial's comment... again Andol showed his more affectionate, and a bit stranger side when he said, "Aww that is so sweet Nathanial... you would beat up a pack of Hyena just for me." It really didn't bother him becuae Draco had been the same way when it came to making those kinds of comments... especially when came to being protective over him. Anodl knew the way they where ment and so he took them at that value.

Andol was gald that he had found himself fitting into his new group of friends. They where a group of fun loving guys and that was somthing that he liked, "Yeah I think that you are right about that... though maybe after a while he will just shut up with completely..." He giggled a bit, becuae he was enjoying the back and forth banter and it seemed to contiuned as they contiune to sit around and eat there meals. Andol even got some more portions of the snake's food, planning on next time actually getting his own help of the rat. Though he knew he would have to get the snake to tell the cooks he was serious. They usally didn't give out food like that to humans, becuase it was used so much in pranks and stuff like that. Yet soon the good times where coming to a close as Andol found the group seperate and he bid them each a fond farewell as they headed off in seperate direction and then him and Nathanial headed towards his dorm. The young giggled in his girlish manner as they walked, "Yep tomorrow is the day... and since I am the captian I need to be there a bit earily so it will probably be best to get to my room around 7:00 so I can be there at 8:00... it won't start until 9:00, but you know how things are when it comes to set up. If you want you can stick around Nathanial... if you have nothing to do? I mean I know that art show is coming up about 2 days form tomorrow, but maybe you have time to stay. We get out at about 11:00." He smiled hopefully at the snake when he spoke these words.
 
The snake nodded as Andol spoke and he was listening, but he was also thinking. Was there anything he needed to go over? The painting was done and he was only entering that one painting. "Yeah I stick around if you want me to. I'm pretty much done with everything having to do with the art show. I just need to touch up the painting a bit tomorrow to make sure everything stand out well." he smiled softly at his teen friend and kissed his cheek without thinking about it. "Now off to bed with you Andol." he said as he stopped at the dorm room. "I'll pick you up tomorrow alright?" and with that he left heading towards his own dorm room in the anthro only wing. It cost a little extra but his parent's had always been very anti-human. He blamed thier age, humming to himself he turned the cornor unaware he was being watched.

Unknown to him someone had overheard thier discussion of the art show. Leo and the lion was the only one who knew what Nathanial's x looked like. That night as the snake lay sleeping in his bedroom his tail coiled uncomfortably around his the leg of his bed his painting was ruined. Leo slashed the painting to ruins and wrote the word fat across the frame along with Human-lover and several other very unkind things rendering it unusable. Once he was done with his work he left smirking to himself. He wanted to watch the snake scramble to redo the entire thing in a day and a half. That would teach him to protect a human like Andol from what he deserved, namely a hero.

The following morning the snake woke up and gently rubbed the kinks out of his tail. Since there were no classes he went for a casual look a white sleevless shirt and a pair of black jeans. He actually looked quite hot to be a cold blooded reptile. Grinning he headed out of his dorm and back to Andol's knocking on the door at exactly 7 in the morning. Let it not be said he wasn't prompt. Plus he was a little eager to take the teen to his chess game. He wanted to see those hyena's faces when he walked in escorting the teen into the room like the big bad boy he was. 'Wakey, Wakey sunshine!" he called chuckling softly. He figured the boy was already awake but he just felt like teasing him first thing in the morning.
 
The lithe youth smiled at the larger male's answer, "Thanks for that, becuase I know that Jareld is going to be bringing his girlfriend with him tomorrow. That much I am sure of, becuase last time during practice he kept trying to demonstrate somthing that he had made up to the rest of the guys in the club and was really bragging about how his stragty was unbeatable and was so good. Yet I esaily saw the weakness and then beat him esaily... and I could tell he wasn't happy. So I know that Keshia will be in there tomorrow to try and make things really bad for me. Though don't expect her to be intimadated by you Nathanial, at least not at first anyway." He was just warning the other and giving him a heads up of what to expect could happen, "Hey if you want I will come, I would kind of like to see you work some on it." He thought the snakes art was amazing and so he wanted to see what it was like first hand when the other painted. That was when he suddenly felt the snakes lips on his cheeks and he began to blush a deep red as he couldn't believe what had just happened. It was the first time anything like that had happened to him, and the other male would noticed that he had rendered the human to be quite breathless at that moment. He just nodded shyly as the other told him to go to bed and said softly, "Goodnight Nathanial... see you tomorrow." He quickly dissapered in his room and closed the door behind him. His heart was beating a mile a minute.

Andol walked over to his bed as he began to experiance a complex swril of emotions as he layed there in his bed. It was quite a odd feeling that he had never about anyone before... no he had felt this before.... with Draco. Yet he had just met the snake, there was no way that could be it. He couldn't be in love with Nathanial. Maybe it was just that he considered the other to be such a good friend that he just wanted to spend more time with the snake, and maybe get a little closer to the other. Andol wasn't really sure, he knew that he would have to take it slow. He didnt' want this to be another Draco situation. So he put on his sleeping clothes and walked over to his bed and feel asleep, and soon he found himself floating off into his dreams. Yet they where odd, becuase they where of him and Nathanial together, and towards the end of the night the dreams where getting pretty sexual... He awoke the next morning completely supirsed as he looked around the room and then down bettewen his legs, as he realized he was sporting a hard on form his dreams that he had had last night. He blushed a little as he realized he woudl be seeing the snake in an hour and had to get ready.

He let out a yawn as he stood up and look around the room. He walked over to his cloest and took out so of his clothes, the tee shirt being his favorite black tee shirt with a design of a chinese red colored dragon on the back, and tradtional European dragon on the fornt and he also grabbed a pair of shorts and the rest of his clothes. He laided them out on his bed before he slipped into the shower, and began to bathe, his normally messy hair was soon very sright and now hung down to cover his cheeks. Andol stepped out of the shower and did what he could to make sure that it was nice and clean. Once he had done this, he looked through a small box that he never normally brought out. It contianed multipule rings which he never wore, but he diecded to slip on two of them today, one of them on each ring finger. They both where well designed with gems that were made to look like a dragon engraved into one and snake egraced into another... then he thought oh what the hell and pulled out a thrid that had gryphon shaped gym in it. He made sure that his teeth where as white as he could get them, before slipping on his shirt and his pants, and then looking in the mirror for moment. The young man was pretty proud of himself, but found it odd that he was working to look so nice. He wasn't really sure of his reason, but he knew that he wanted to... and it was about this time the heard the knock and voice at his door that caused him to softly blush at the words... all the affectionate pet names where really somthing that set off his blushing... Draco had always done that so it was somthing that human enjoyed.

"Coming in second Nathanial..." He quickly made some finishing touches and then walked over to the door and answered it, with a soft smile on his face as he saw the snake and stepped out his door, "Why hello there cutie..." Andol knew that two could play at that game, "So I are you ready to go. I think that today is going to be quite a instreating day don't you think." Andol knew that the reason was that they where basically both going to get to see each other in action at what they where good at. So with those words they began there walk through the halls towards the chess team practice room.
