Alexander Harris sighed as he ran a hand through his light brunette coloured hair. His other hand readjusting his glasses slightly so his deep hazel eyes could see the class ahead of him properly. Glancing again at the clock, Alex noted it was less than a minute till the end of the day. Slowly, a smile crept across his face as he continued to watch the second hand snake its way towards the 12.
A sharp bell sounded and every student in the class jumped up as they began shoving things into various different sized and shaped bags. "Make sure you have finished reading the chapter on the civil war before next class!" Alex shouted over the noise of the students trying to escape back to their homes and their lives outside of their education. As everyone started to file out, Alex couldn't help but let his mind wonder slightly, to delve into the past and bring forth memories he doubt he would ever forget.
Unlike most teachers of this establishment, Alex seemed normal on the outside but he had a deep, dark secret no-one at the school, or even in most of the community knew about. At 24, Alex was already married. This may not seem strange to most people in the world, but the fact was his marriage wasn't that normal. In fact their was various rules laid down by his father-in-law before the marriage, which, by how much he did love his wife, he was more than glad to agree too. Firstly, no-one was to know of their marriage, and secondly their was to be no sexual contact. of course, there was a time limit to this, which was one of the reasons his marriage was so strange. The fact was, all these rules would be obsolete when his wife finally graduated from high school.
With a smile of the thought of his wife, Alex glanced over to his favourite spot in the class. The seat where his wife sat every class she had with him. It was there that Alex could see his partner getting ready to leave. Straightening his face again, Alex called over to her. "Hana! I'd like to see for a quick chat after class please."
