"Explain it one more time"
The girl sighed, moving a strand of her longer brown hair back behind her ear. "Dude, I've told you guys like, four times. You guys saw when I started really hurting from my condition. It got worse and I went to the hospital. They weren't sure what to do, and finally someone thought up a genetic treatment. With nothing else to do we tried it. Then, this happened," she said, motioning along her curved, toned body. The people she was with looked at it, some eyes staying a bit longer at her chest and waist.
"It just...happened. You just...turned into a girl?" one of the boys asked. "Yeah, that's what happened. Don't believe me we have the blood test to confirm it. I'm me, just a girl now, and not sick," she said, giving a light smile to the group. It was astounding, what had happened. No one had expected this to happen, not even the doctor who suggested it thought this might happen as a side effect. They'd administered the drug and treatment though, and the next day a perfectly healthy teenage girl lay in the bed where Eric Smith had previously been.
Now she was here, standing in the center of a group of her friends, trying to explain what the hell was happening. "You didn't sue them?" one asked. "Nah, they said if we didn't sue they'd cover like, anything I need for the next few years within reason, and we accepted. Too much legal bullshit with the other path if we're going to get a good deal this way anyways. College is paid for, mostly anything I want is taken care of too," she said, giving a grin. That was a perk, though she still had to deal with the downside of, you know, being a girl now. Clearly she was still taken to being a boy, wearing her old clothing and hanging out with her old friends. She had on some band t-shirt, no bra, jeans and her sneakers. They still fit, mostly, though since they weren't designed for someone with large breasts and a nice ass they kind of clung to her body rather tightly, something the guys had noticed. "Where's he at?" she asked, looking in the group for a certain someone. He was one of, if not her very best, friend since they'd been kids, and she wanted to let him know that Eric Smith was now Erica Smith.
