Sandra crept silently through the darkness of the house on Christmas Eve, moving slowly and silently up the stairs, a soft grin on her face. For the first time her grandfather had allowed her to help him with his yearly deliveries...she'd been pestering him for years and years to let her help, it was only now he'd actually allowed it, though he had been somewhat reluctant. "Ah Grandpa Nick....always worrying...." She chuckled softly, then got to the top of the stairs, creeping along the hallway until she got to the correct door. "Ok....this is the one..."
Unfortunately, her first year hadn't gone completely smoothly...Sandra had managed to forget about one house on the first pass by....she had almost let the poor boy living here go without his present, and that would be unforgiveable. Slowly she opened the door, glancing around, before creeping across, careful to avoid anything left on the floor, before reaching the end of the bed where the boy was sleeping. She smiled softly, watching him for a moment, before setting down the sack she had on her back, opening it and bending over to begin rummaging through it carefully for the boys present.
