Rachel walked down the halls of the darkened school, heading to her teacher's classroom. She regretted seeking after a spot in the honor society now. She turned down another hall, running a hand through her brown hair. She wore her school uniform: a short plaid skirt, knee socks, a white polo. She turned again, her blue eyes searching the hall. She found her teacher's room, and opened the door, eying the room. She walked in, shutting the door behind her and looking for her teacher.

(Not very long. :/)

(its ok)

Mr Torres was sitting at the end of the room in his table looking over papers for grades. He was a dark man with green eyes and hair that was medium. He wore a suit by teachers standards as if he was the principal although he wasn't. He didn't pay attention to who walked in as he finished grading

Rachel walked toward Mr. Torres, heading toward his table. She saw that he was grading papers. She stood off to the side, but in his view. "Mr. Torres?" she said. "I'm ready." She shifted slightly on her feet, clasping her hands behind her back. She brushed a foot on the floor as she fidgeted.

Rachel turned his head up and noticed Rachel. He smiled softly in a 'friendly way' as he stood up. "Did you finish your other tasks in the school?" he asked her not wanting to come back here on a friday.

Rachel nodded respectfully. "Yes, sir," she said. She watched as he stood up. She shuffled her feet, returning his smile. "I'm ready," she repeated. She fumbled her fingers behind her back.

I hope that you remember what we agreed on...." he said to her as he gathered his work bag and cloat.

*Flash back* ((if you don't mind))

"I am Sorry Rachel but you're not going to get in this year..." Mr Torres said as he walked to his car. Rachel would not leave him alone even after school.

Rachel nodded. She glanced over at the door, where she had left a bag of clothes. "Yes," she said nervously.

---

"Mr. Torres, please!" Rachel begged as she trotted after him to his car. "I will do anything to get in." The status in an honor society would look great on her resume.

"Look Rachel, I am sorry but you didn't get the 'top' grade compare to the other students. I am sorry again but you're not going to be able to take part in the honor society. But don't worry, I am sure that with your grades, you'll do well even without it" he said to her as they stopped at his car. He opened his trunk but she wouldn't let it go.

Rachel continued to follow after him. "Please, Mr. Torres," she begged, clasping her hands together. In her plaid skirt and polo, she looked irresistable. "There has to be something I can do. Extra credit. More service hours. Anything."

"Please, surely you're not THAT desperate with wanting to-" he was cut off as he saw her figure and she cut him off.

"Anything," she said. Rachel kept her hands clasped together, until she touched his shoulder. "Honestly, I am." She looked up at him.

Look Rachel.." Mr Torres said. "It will be fine-" however this went on for another minute till...." OK, I think that we can work something out.....do your parents know about your troubles with getting into the honor high classes?" he asked curiously

Rachel frowned at him as he asked her the question. She shook her head. "I don't tell them much anything," she said, wondering where this was going.

How busy are you going to be next week?" he asked refering to her as he suddenly gave a smile that seemed to be friendly yet strange. He moved his face a bit closer.

Rachel looked at him curiously. She thought of her schedule. She was in the awkward limbo part of the year--volleyball was over, soccer had yet to begin. "Not at all," she said. She tensed slightly as he moved closer.

"well I need help over at my house..." he said as he closed the trunk and had his belongings put away. The parking large had large trees with made cameras lacking as well as being blocked by cars for no one to see in the distance.

Rachel tilted her head slightly to the side. "Okay," she murmured. She frowned slightly. "For a week?" She crossed her arms across her chest, leaning on one foot.

"I need you to help me with some things at my house not with your brain and smarts but rather this..." he said as he gently placed a hand on her shoulder. She was already against the other car.

Rachel felt her back against the car. She understood in the instance. She nodded. "I-I will," she said. She needed that position in the honor society.

"problem is..." he started as he then gently lifted her chin. "I need you to stay over night all week....but your parents..." He said softly into her ear. He could smell her completely..

Rachel looked up at him. She nodded. "They're going out of town," she said truthfully. "They are going on like a second honeymoon."

"and it's THIS week coming up?" he asked honestly surprised with a bigger smile.

Rachel nodded again. "Yes, sir," she said quietly. She saw his smile. She was starting to get a bit afraid, but she was desperate.

"well then...I'll expect you to come into my office after school on Friday with your 'things' for the weekend and week...." he said to her as a total of 9 days.

Rachel nodded. "Yes, sir," she said quietly. She looked up at him, glad she had gotten a way to get what she wanted. She just hoped she came out of it.
