What I can promise is solid, balanced writing and well thought out characters. I'm not going to write an e-novel with each post, but neither will I do one-liners, and I'm fairly good at keeping a story moving.
As my introduction indicated, I'm a thirtysomething guy, so I might have somewhat different sensibilities and tastes than the norm (or maybe I won't...) My characters won't be action heroes, elves, demons or vampires, and they won't suffer from an awful lot of angst. My heroes are of the Nucky Thompson/Don Draper mold, very mortal men who nevertheless carry themselves with a quiet authority and who know what they want out of life. And who think they know what they want out of women.
Some pairings I'm interested in include
1) A neighborhood affair, possibly between and older man and his young neighbor.
2) An office romance, brought on by long hours of intense work and people forced together in a difficult situation.
3) A king, a warlord or noble paired with a mistress, servant or another noble who is his equal in social rank. Mixing Sex and politics can be extremely ermmm...sexy!
I enjoy bit of Dom with the right partner, although I don't like having an entire rp centered around that. Otherwise I'm mostly looking for my male character to connect with the right female character.
