The destruction of the Elven village had been complete. The buildings razed to the ground were now a smoldering testament to what was once a thriving town. The orcs had left naught but ruin in there wake, destroying all before them and those who had been slain in the initial assault may just have been the lucky ones. The brutish greenskins had been quick to round up any and all survivors and had separated the new slaves into their usefulness to the horde.

For the maidens and marriageable women of the village this meant serving under the warriors who had so recently wrought such havoc, travelling with their marauding band as wenches and supplicants to their every whim. Even now, they found themselves on the far side of their encampment, chained and collared to large posts dug into the ground separated from the other survivors and on display to the victorious orcs like so much chattel.

Eloen was one of the women that had been deemed good enough to be seperated from the rest of the survivors. While some women were trying to deny the fact that they would be used in such ways that the rumors and stories had said, Eloen knew it was most likely true. These creatures were so brutish, how could it not be true.

Some women were crying while some tried to look proud and resolute. Unbreakable perhaps. Eloen was doing neither. The woman instead was staring off into the ruins of their town. Here eyes were trained on one body, the body of the man she had been meant to marry. When the orcs had grabbed her they had had to pull her off of him as she whispered soothing words into his ear, trying to calm him as he died. By now he was surely dead, but she was managing to stomach the loss, at least for now anyways.

Her long brown hair had blood and dirt mixed into it, and her simple, pale blue dress was covered with the same mixture. The collar aound her neck paired with the chains felt heavy, and she was slumped over, obscuring her feminine features from view.

The orcs however, did not care for the facade of strength or pride or mourning of the elf women. As the chieftan of the horde approached triumphantly, surrounded by his most elite warriors, he took only a moment to pick out two of the elven women and dragged them by their chain collars back to his tent, leaving the rest of the women facing down fifteen of the biggest, meanest, most brutish orcs they had ever seen.

The elite of the horde were crudely armored but quick to strip down to the cobbled together furs and pelts that they wore underneath, disrobing before the captured elven women with gusto as they already began to pair off in groups of two or three with elven women, surrounding them with leering views and unabashedly lustful eyes as they cracked their knuckles and rolled their shoulders in anticipation of their ripe reward.

Eloen's eyes were brought away from the village when the orcs approached. She watched as two of the women were taken away by the chieftan. They both looked frightened and were struggling, but it wasn't doing them any good. After they were gone the rest of the horde started closing in on the rest of the elven women.

Eloen looked up to the orcs, frowning as they came closer. Some of the other women had began to try desperately to break free from their collars and chains. Eloen knew she would not be able to escape, but even still she found herself backing up against the stake she was stuck to, trying to put some distance between herself and the orcs. Even if she was aware she could not escape from this, she could certainly make the orcs lives as difficult as possible.
