She knew it was important that the king himself took over now. If she was seen as the one organizing it all, and leading the rally, and the king merely tagging along like some clueless nitwit, that would irrevocably damage his authority. He had to be perceived as the one in charge, and decisevely so, at least now that so many guards and soldiers were involved. Hence she kept her tone just like that, a suggestion.
Hoping that Her Majesty would lead the assembled forces back to the throne room she took a step to the side, but kept her eyes open and remained vigilant and alert for any further unexpected dangers cropping up at the last moment.
