Gabriel could hear them. The screaming residence of hell waiting for the special auction of the day to be started. Clearing his throat nervously, he shuffled backwards to the back of his cage, pressing her back against the cold bars. A male came up to his cage, just staring in at the angel for a moment before unlocking the bars and reaching in, gripping his arm tightly and he quickly tugged him out. He tried to pull away from him, his expression frightened as he was pulled to his bare feet. Stumbling out of the cage, the two paused as an announcer began calling out the start of the auction. Why did this have to happen to him? Though he was thankful that it was him rather then his friend. He was sure he could deal with whatever was coming to him.
Gabriel frowned quickly as he was tugged over towards the side of the stage behind a curtain and he waited to be guided onto the wooden stage. "Everyone, please pay close attention to our next piece of merchandise." The husky voice paused before continuing. "Gabriel." He called out and the angel was pushed forwards up the stairs onto the stage, the man still gripping his creamy skin tightly, causing it to redden. They paused on the center of the stage and the youth stared out to the crowd, trying to pull away while muttering under his breath. "Get off of me.." Those bright blue eyes continued to watch the crowd, his expression almost feral as he tried to escape. "Gabriel is a high ranking angel. Captured on the battle field." The announcer shouted again and the male frowned. His ivory skin was almost glowing against the short, thin grey rags he had been forced to wear. Gabriel was then pushed forwards down and almost catwalk into the crowd so that potential buyers could get a good look at him. "Obviously as you can see, he is a decent buy. Worth your money." Frowning again, he mumbled. "Decent?" His blue eyes glanced out over everyone again and his short blond hair was ruffled by the male stood behind him, making sure he didn't run for it.
Pausing a moment, he heard someone in the crowd shout. "Show us his wings!" Gritting his teeth, he shook her head quickly before shouting back at them. "Yeah, right!" Gabriel tried to push himself backwards but the male was blocking his way. His arm was then being pulled behind his back and the man mumbled something into his ear before pushing his arm further up, towards his shoulders. "A-Ah...Ow..!" The youth mumbled, gritting his teeth and bending forwards slightly. The loose bit of material fell forwards, revealing his chest to the audience. "Gabriel will now show us his wings." The angel blinked and shook his head. "G-Get stuffed!" His arm was pushed further towards his shoulders and he gritted his teeth before falling to his knees. A second later his large, fluffy white wings extended from his back, ripping the material as they appeared, flapping once as they stretched in the air for everyone to see. His expression was pained as he closed his eyes, his face staring down towards the dirty stage floor. He hated showing people his wings, especially demons, the thought disgusted him.
