When looking to make a journal to get my three post out, I saw i didn't have access. Is this just a site bug or something on my end?

Like this thread suggests, it may be a bug in the forums. Staff have indicated they're going to look into it, but for the moment you'll need to make your three posts in other parts of the forum (like your own Intro thread
