I don't really have a lot of expectations: please spell things correctly, be 'literate' (I hate describing it like that but it gets the point across), and help add content to the plot. I only write via threads on the forum, and I can reply 1-2 times per week.

What I love is the buildup, the tension, the back and forth of teasing. The verbal foreplay, if you will. The smut is only a portion of the funโthere's nothing better than all of the stuff that comes before. Drama, heat, and passion are other qualities I look for in a story. Give me a roller-coaster relationship, give me screaming matches that turn into wild make-up sex, give me jealousy, emotions, and intensity.
Being an active participant in plotting is necessary. I love the unknown. The surprises. I want to be drawn in, I want to draw you in, and that requires moving the plot forward with each post. In order to do that, it might mean moving each other around or making assumptions. And that's totally fine with me! If you need my character to react or respond a certain way because you want to steer the story in a certain direction, be my guest. It's a little bit of a trust exercise, but if I've chosen to write with you it's because I feel I'm in good hands.
There isn't a whole lot I won't play... I adore romance, and I also like darker themes that involve violence, pain, abuse of power, and tragedy. I'm up for most genres and settings. Maybe it's because I've playing a lot of Baldur's Gate 3 lately, but I've been in the mood for fantasy, which is what this request thread is for. My characters can range from innocent virgins to bratty rebellious slaves to sadistic killersโI'll play whatever fits our particular story or whatever your preference is. And while I don't mind playing "equal" characters (e.g. Bonnie and Clyde vibes), I'll never play dominant women with submissive men. Sorry! It's just not my thing.

I find placing limits on kinks make more sense when planning specific stories, so really I'm up for most anything. I do have favorites and absolute hard limits, but anything else is fine!

She stepped back and swallowed hard, her eyes flicking away before they betrayed her resolve. She'd been at it for months and still hadn't made progress beyond an elusive name. Help was the one thing she desperately needed, but trusting a vampire went against every instinct in her body. They were dangerous, power hungry, pathological liars. Still, he was rightโshe needed him despite the secrets he kept, even if it killed her.
๐ ๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ข : After a string of disappearances in the towns near the forest where the wood elves call home, MC decides to investigate, leading her to uncover vampires banding together under the service of someone known only as The Baron. YC is initially one her targets, but he reveals he's after the same man for his own mysterious reasons. Is he out for revenge? Maybe he wants to take the power as his own? Forming a reluctant alliance, they work together to uncover the nearious plot that threatens to plunge the world into darkness. This story has potential to be longer and multi-part depending on the direction we decide to take. I would prefer for it to end in tragedy, but I'm open to other ideas!

But the man who stood before herโthis cruel, unfeeling man, irrevocably changed from what he had seen of the worldโwas not the man she remembered. Yet, he had come to collect what was promised to him, drawing her into a world full of violence that threatens to end them both.
๐ ๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ข : YC is the last prince and lone survivor of a political coup that left him exiled in a neighboring kingodm ruled by MC's family. As the families were staunch allies, they raised him with plans that he would one day take back his birthright. Our characters have known each other since they were children/teenagers, and when YC returns years after reclaiming his kingdom, MC discovers he's unrecognizable to her now: he's cold, sadistic, tyrannical, and power hungry. Whatever love he felt for her (if he had at all) has morphed into obsession and possessiveness, yet he's intent on having her. I imagine this story ending in bittersweet tragedy, so it won't be a happy ending.
