People just have smooth, uniform area between their legs. They still have boobs, but are devoid of nipples and areola, since women do not lactate or produce milk, and babies don't need it.
Since men don't exist, male pronouns such as he, him, his, etcetera are absent from their vocabulary.
People don't have a navel, since traditional birth doesn't exist. They are not born. They emerge from a pod in the ground when a seed is planted. When a women wants offspring, she will manifest a seed in her hand, and kiss it to infuse it with her DNA, then plant it. A pod will grow over 9 months and a baby will emerge. Only one woman is required for this.
They don't consider their breasts, butt, crotch, etc to be private. They wear clothes, and fashion is the same as our worlds, but they won't bat an eye at being seen nude. They won't blush or get embarrassed by nudity, or sexually suggestive situations.
They have no digestive organs, and do not need to eat or drink, though they do because they enjoy it. Any food they eat disappears upon reaching the bottom of their throat. Not even they know where it goes.
