Permissions Issue?

Sorry for the double post. It seems like maybe I've returned to an account with some permissions weirdness. Currently I can only see the "Welcome Center" group; I cannot reply to any threads (including my own intro thread), nor can I create posts in any forum other than this one. Halp!
