I think everyone has had this thought about what it would be like to suddenly become the opposite sex.
I would love to experience exactly that in a roleplay and transform from a man to a woman.
I was thinking that we could both start off as best friends who have known each other since childhood. Either we don't dwell on the reasons for the transformation and MC simply wakes up one day as a girl, or we both agreed to try out sex-change pills together that you got us. In that case, you could just pretend to take them, so it's only me who undergoes the transition. However, I would rather reject a darker version where you deliberately turn me into a woman while knowing that it will be a permanent change. I would like it better here if you also actually thought the effect would only be temporary.
Additionally I'm a big fan of emotional and romantic scenarios. So I think it would be nice to watch how the relationship between our characters slowly changes due to my transition. At first, both of us could still try to maintain their friendship as it always has been. We still play video games and watch action movies together, play soccer, etc. But little by little, things change. Feelings arise that neither of us ever thought we would feel towards each other.
At the same time, it would certainly be exciting to explore the everyday problems that such a sudden and unwanted transition brings with it. I'm sure I would be anything but thrilled about being a woman at first. Also there would be the completely new attention from other people (especially men) that I'm receiving. The new clothes, the female emotionality that I'm not used to yet, etc. Basically, I'd even have to learn to adopt a completely new personality with a new name, which certainly won't be easy right from the start.
