Kayo's day had started her day before the sun had even risen over the horizon. Daily training that never skipped a day, and afterwards she had work, the small woman yawned as she stood alone in the apartment, a slight chill running down her back as she lazily looked at her phone to check the notifications, unaware of what was about to happen. The world exploded, and within seconds, she had disappeared from the world, off to another.

The sensation of trying to be summoned into another world was something that couldn't easily be recalled or put into words. It was painful, as if the magic was ripped apart cell by cell before being mashed back together before settling back into place before the brain could even process all of what happened. At the same time, it was peaceful, like floating in an ocean of light before gently floating back and forth between a world that seemed to not let Kayo leave and another that seemed to open up before the woman.

A large sudden flash of light, suddenly Kayo fell into an ocean of lights, reaching toward the invisible surface that Kayo had never reached before, until now exploded in her face as a thin layer of the universe's shattered, and she quickly passed through. It all happened in a split second that felt like it lasted for years. For those on the other side, it was like an explosion happened before the light disappeared and revealed the small woman on the ground.

Kayo fell to the ground, her hands on her eyes as she rubbed them. Everything was painful, and the small woman gritting her teeth at the pain and a small whimper of pain was the only sound she made. Kayo moved to sit up, feeling nauseous as she hissed softly at the pain in her body. Never had she been in such pain before; well, she had been, but it had been such a long time since it happened. Kayo pulled her hands away from her eyes, blinking softly as everything was blurry, but knew that she wasn't in her world anymore. The pain quickly subsided, leaving the small witch to question things and become on guard as she had more formal training to handle such situations since the last time.

"Wh-What's happening?" Kayo asked cautiously, her voice soft and quiet like a whisper, the witch looking around, not seeing anyone else at first glance, before jumping at the sight of someone else, or the vague shape of a person. Kayo yelped as she jumped back, scooting away as she tried to remember a few of her defensive spells. Her mind still in shock from being summoned, her body weak and trying to gather magic within her, for now, she would play as if she was completely helpless, only revealing how strong she was if whoever summoned her had ill intent.

"Wh-Who are you? Where a-am I?" Kayo stuttered. She hadn't stuttered in a long time; it was a childhood habit that she had mostly managed to grow out of. Her eye started to heal, focusing on the shape before her and watching the blurry person carefully as she tried to keep her distance. A nervous panic ate away at Kayo's stomach as she sat there on the ground, her body still ached, and her mind was starting to fill with questions on how she was summoned.

"Who a-are you?"
