Hihi! I'm a 25-year-old female and in the EST time zone. All characters and participants must be 18 or older, preferably 21 plus. I'm open to other ideas too, so if you have a plot you'd like to pitch, feel free to reach out~!
I do enjoy OOC communication & banter, but I am not looking strictly for friends so please do have intention to write!
Since I work from home and have plenty of free time, I'm open to multiple partners and looking for long-term writing connections. I've recently started taking fantasy writing more seriously and would love to dive into stories that are rich in detail, full of tension, and driven by compelling characters. And yes, I enjoy smut when it serves the story but please note I am not looking for exclusive smut! I love a slow build and yearning so please don't reach out if you're intending to write dirty within the first few posts.
My main interests revolve around human and supernatural or fantasy pairings. I'm drawn to darker, character-driven plots where power shifts, emotional complexity, and shifting loyalties take center stage. I tend to write strong-willed but vulnerable female characters navigating morally gray situations where manipulation, mind games, and dangerous alliances can change everything. I would like to put it out there that I am not looking to write dominant characters, but I am also not looking to write purely submissive characters who just nod their heads and do whatever they are told.
I've listed a few plot ideas below. If any of them interest you, message me here or reach out on Discord at alternativelys. (yes, include the period)
Blood and Remedy
War has not ended, only quieted. Along the outer reaches of a broken empire, a healer is assigned to travel with a small unit of soldiers tasked with rooting out something far from the front—something the crown will not name. Supplies are low. Spirits lower. The land they cross is thick with old magic and silence, where maps fail and memory falters. She is not a soldier. Her tools are poultices and binding cloth, magic that works slowly and only with care. But she sees more than she says, and what she cannot fix with medicine, she tries to understand. The men she travels with are hardened, each shaped by past losses and quiet debts. What begins as duty becomes something else as the mission reveals truths no one was meant to find—about the land, the war, and each other.
This is the plot I'm most drawn to right now. If you enjoy slow-burn tension, quiet intimacy, and watching trust form where it shouldn't, I'd love to write this with you.
The Lands of Prythian
(ACOTAR inspired, not seeking canon characters and you don't have to know the lore.)
For centuries, the great Courts of Prythian — Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, Day, Night, and Dawn — have maintained a fragile balance built on ancient magic, whispered alliances, and blood-soaked rivalries. Peace has always been a knife's edge, held by the ruthless and the clever. But the old world is stirring. Forgotten powers begin to rise. Magic grows unpredictable. The wards that once shielded the land are failing. In the middle of it all, perhaps a mortal finds themselves bound to a realm where humans are hunted and power decides everything. Or a lesser fae, sworn to a High Lord's command, is caught in the game of courtly politics. As the threat of war builds and shadows grow longer, only the bold or the careful will survive. Magic is dangerous. Power is seductive. Trust is a lie. And in Prythian, fate does not care who you are.
Fallen Light and Eternal Night
In a realm where life and death blur, two powerful beings live on opposite ends of justice. One is a guide of souls, radiant and kind, who carries the innocent gently into the afterlife. Her presence is soft, her touch sacred, her purpose clear. The other is a feared executioner. Cold and relentless, he brings terror and vengeance to those who deserve it. His name is never spoken freely, only whispered when cruel justice must be done. Their paths cross when the soul of a murdered child appears before her, taken by the one meant to protect them. For the first time, she refuses to pass a spirit in peace. Instead, she seeks him out. She wants him to finish what she cannot. He agrees, not out of mercy, but because he sees something rare in her defiance. What begins as a shared judgment becomes something deeper. Curiosity. Friction. Maybe even a connection forged from the grim duty they both carry.
King's Games
(Throne of Glass inspired! Also not looking for cannon characters or anyone who knows the lore.)
In a kingdom ruled by fear and flame, the King's Games are held each year by royal decree. They are not simply sport. They are strategy. A brutal contest that pits warriors, prisoners, and unwilling champions against one another for survival, freedom, or power. The capital is carved into a mountainside, tiered by class and cruelty. Nobles rule from above while the desperate and dangerous claw for survival below. Magic is outlawed, yet still hums in the hidden corners of the city. Each district answers to a captain of the guard, and every captain is playing their own quiet game for control. As the Games begin, new champions are drawn into something deeper. Beneath the arena, beneath the city itself, an older secret stirs. The foundation is cracked. Political unrest spreads. Alliances shift. Every choice brings someone closer to rebellion, or ruin.
