Question questions on bumping

i'm new to this site, so this is a pretty rookie question but....how do I bump? is it just a case of me commenting anything on a post to bump it, even if the comment is just 'bump' ?

also, is there any rule as to how many times we can bump a rp request post?

Yes, you just go in and comment on your RT. And you can Bump once every 23 hours. The request thread forums, have thread at the top explaining Request Threads.
