Nestled deep within the bustling city, a small shop can be seen with little attention from the throngs of people passing by. Along the banner it reads "Grand Reopening", giving those passing on the nearby sidewalk a flashy reminder that the shop was back in business. It may have been a bit premature to place such a notification, though, as it appeared the shelves were empty, the proprietor hard at work to restock the once bustling business with new ideas and concoctions to draw in the crowds.
Hi there. My name is Vahn Seele and I have been an avid roleplayer and writer for the last two decades. In that time, I've written a lot and met many interesting people. Due to some real life conflicts, mostly job related, I have been intermittent with posting on the forum and am looking to get back into writing again. Writing Style: I prefer to write in third person, with an average post amount of 2-3 paragraphs per post. I have been known to write more when inspired, or when controlling multiple characters or setting up new stories and scenes. I like to emphasize character growth and plot alongside smut, as both are ingredients for a great story.
Availability: I work a normal 9 - 5 job throughout the week, with some occasional after hours work when necessary. My job is in IT, so it can be sporadic at times, but am usually consistent. I tend to post daily, with occasionally taking a day or two between posts if real life events are stressful.

What I'm Looking For:
Post Length and Frequency - An ideal partner to write with would be able to write a minimum of 2-3 paragraphs on average. This means that, while there will be times where the posts will be shorter, those should be few and far between, often when writing dialogue or when a post requires follow-up from the other person to be able to continue a scene. For frequency, I'd like to see a post at least every few days. It can be hard to stay interested in an RP if the post frequency drops to weekly or longer. If I have not heard back in two weeks from a partner, I may reach out to check-in, especially if I am interested in the story. If I don't hear anything, I'll assume they've moved on and do the same. Life gets hectic, I get it. No sense creating drama around a hobby.
Venue - I prefer to write in PMs first. If the conversation goes well, it could be done via PMs or over Discord in a private server or in DMs.
Plot-to-Smut Ratio - This one varies greatly with me, as it depends on the person i am writing with and their preferences. In general, I like to keep a good mix between the two, as plot without smut doesn't always hold attention. In that same regard, smut without plot has no meaning and becomes literary masturbation. We can discuss a balance and come up with something that fits both of our criteria.

Limits - My limits are: Excessive non-con, vore, sexual gore, toiletplay, musk, hyper, underage, snuff, emotional abuse, incest between parent and child.

Ideas and Methods
Brainstorming. My usual method of starting an RP with a partner is to come up with a pairing or theme and work forward from there. I can supply some of my own ideas, but I never like to be the only one to orchestrate the entire thing. To me, if both of us are invested in the story, that keeps us both coming back to write. That doesn't meant the entire thing has to be planned out, of course, but a general idea is best. Knowing this about me, I do not immediately jump into writing without some back and forth to establish rapport and ensure we are both interested in the story.

Brother/Sister x Sister or Twins: This could take place in a modern setting, a fantasy setting. The core concept is the bond between two siblings that ebbs and flows between normal and taboo boundaries. I know this isn't everyone's favorite thing, so I'm not going to push this on anyone. I have ideas for this and, if you want to hear them, feel free to reach out.
Dragon x Maiden. This one has some plot to it that is very flexible. It could be a medieval fantasy setting where a family forms a pact with a dragon clan, binding them together for generations. Over time, the bond is forgotten as dragons begin to disappear, either eradicated through hunting or some type of threat that drives the dragons away. After a time, a dragon reappears, seeking to rekindle the binding between the family and his long lost clan, only to find that the magic has begun to influence in what way the two would be bound. This is one of many iterations that the plot can take, but it very much thrives when two people put in their thoughts to bring it to life.
Programmer x AI / Robot. This one plays well in either a modern or future setting. Guy is working on bringing life to a robot he's been rebuilding. Over time, the machine begins to show signs of sentience and it proceeds from there. This could be as simple as recommissioning what was a AI-powered sex doll, a combat robot, or something else entirely. I can put more detail into this if asked.
Wizard x Familiar / Magical Creature. Could either be a medieval or modern fantasy setting. The story would center on the adventures of a wizard and their magical companion. This one is barely a thought, but could turn into something more if built upon.
Hunter x Hunted. A hunter is tasked with taking down a creature that has been plaguing a nearby village. The mystery of what kind of thing it is remains unknown to many as the only thing that's been seen is the carnage it leaves behind. Rather than continue to sacrifice their livestock to the creature, they scrape together the gold to send a hunter from the local guild to put an end to it. Is this truly a monster killing for sport, or is there something else at play? Will the hunter complete the task or will they find another way to address the concerns of the village?
