[F4M] Seeking Human Male partner for a roleplay about Anthro Superiority Society

But for a summary version...
The World of Men has changed. Anthro Women have taken over, a species with distain for Human women, believing that men should be lovingly claimed by their dominant Anthro superior. After a war that saw Human women driven out and the country secured in Anthro paws, the Anthrostate was formed.
The Anthrostate is a ((benevolent)) totalitarian government that keeps order in a world where Humans Men live alongside Anthro Females, although as second class citizens. Everything in a Human Male's life is tightly controlled by the Anthrostate. You might think this is unfair, but you must understand this is for the Human's benefit, as they couldn't possibly live without the guiding paw of the State and their Anthro superiors. Through hundreds of laws, systems and restrictions, the Anthrostate ensured that Human Men will remain domesticated to their Anthro superiors. Any resistance to these laws or anti-State thought & actions will be met with mandatory re-education.
The most important of all these laws is a Human's marriage - or rather their assignment. Human/Anthro marriage is State-mandated, decided by the State & the Anthro he'll be assigned to. Essentially adopted like in the days of old, a Human rarely meets the Anthro they'll be assigned to before the date, and will be married for life. Reminder that all decisions are Final, as the State's word is law.
