  • Let me start by stating that this setting is a big ol' mashup of various sci-fi subgenres.
    I was inspired to the setting concept from games/movies like:
    Independence Day, Edge of Tomorrow, Battleship, Godzilla, Blade Runner, Pacific Rim, Fallout, Armored Core, Battle Tech, etc.
    (and I'm sure it is similar to like a hundred animes, as well).

    On that note, I'm not personally a big fan of the anime art style, in and of itself. However, some of the settings are conceptually interesting. If this RP idea overly resembles some kind of anime series or movie too closely, it is absolutely not by intent. I do not pretend that this setting concept is fresh or novel, and I'm simply trying to craft my own rendition of a concept that has already been out there for decades. Neither is this by any means a complete and finished idea. There are still a lot of unanswered questions and undefined elements to be made concrete. I'm hoping you can help me with that as we make this story our own.

    Also, all the images in this request thread are Ai generated, or Ai assisted (meaning I tweaked them after the initial generation). I also like to use Ai programs for my character faceclaims. I'm putting this notification here, ahead of the rest of the RT, so that those who find that to be a dealbreaker do not waste their time reading the rest of this request.



  • ((FIRST, some BGM!))


    In the year 2059, humanity had its first contact with the Jovians. Formally known as the Astracola Gigas, these gigantic Alien Monsters had been theorized from early observances to be originating from within the stormy atmosphere of the planet Jupiter. Their arrival was unprecedented, the aliens arriving upon the Earth in swarms in just over a year's time. When they landed, it was like a meteoric shower, the Jovians peppering our world's surface in a destructive hail. As they emerged from the dust of their introduction, it was soon made obvious that the aliens were extremely hostile. Worldwide destruction of apocalyptic proportions soon followed their touchdown. Within a matter of days, the invaders had turned entire cities into fields of ruin and detritus. World governments were incapable of fending them off, doing little to even slow their advance as the aliens overtook major metropolitan areas and military bases. The loss of human life was immeasurable.

    It was only by way of nuclear weaponry that the wave of creatures was ultimately stemmed. Scientific minds around the planet quickly combined resources and efforts in order to create what would later be called the "Messiah Bomb". In the year 2060, the prototype 155 megaton nuclear weapon successfully swept the North American Mid-Atlantic region clean of the hostile aliens in its first battle test. Following their bitter victory, the Messiah Bomb was then replicated by military powers across the world, and detonated where the invading Jovian forces were thickest. While humanity was spared an immediate eradication, the cost of the retaliation would leave the majority of the earth as an irradiated wasteland. Pockets of Jovians survived the nuclear strikes, and their scattered number continued to stalk what was left of civilization, as well as wreaked havoc on the planet's natural biomes.

    What was left of the human race fled underground, taking shelter from the ensuing nuclear winter as well as the remnant Jovians. Entire subterranean communities would be built up in the years that followed, kept alive with advanced technology and agriculture. The fractured governments of the world eventually put aside their differences in order to survive a human extinction event and eventually went on to form the FED-EC (Federated Earth Colonies). While each colony had its own autonomous form of self-governance, they all ultimately held together in unity against the Jovian menace.

    Less than four years later (late 2063), a second wave of aliens was detected by sentry space stations that monitored the skies for the extraterrestrial threat. The second swarm was calculated to arrive on Earth in two years. It was in these later observations that it was found that the Jovians did not, in fact, come from Jupiter. A cosmic rift, having since been named
    "Tannhäuser Gate", lay just beyond the planet Jupiter. The rift had its own orbit as well, keeping mostly hidden behind the gas giant. Despite the revelation of not being from Jupiter, the Astracola Gigas continue to be colloquially referred to as Jovians by the majority of humans.

    In the time that had transpired since their first attack, known henceforth as "Wave 1", the remnant forces of Earth had scrambled to build Armored Combat Exo-suits (ACE). With a second swarm looming in the near future, these efforts were more than redoubled. The first ACE suits were crude and shambling mechanized vehicles, each controlled by a single pilot. They had locomotion of varying design, but most often traveled on two or more servo-hydraulic legs. On average, an ACE unit typically stands between 4 to 6 meters tall, with a great variety of customization ranging between personal modifications and the colony of manufacture. At their initial conception, not every underground colony had the means to manufacture these new exo-suits. In the wake of the apocalyptic attacks of Wave 1, most colonies struggled simply to maintain their populace. There were only a few facilities throughout the world that had the resources to undertake this defensive endeavor. It was by painstaking means that factories and supply lines were established to the colonies, as well as the recovery of resources from the ruins of the old world.

    Having gleaned insight to the Jovian's weaknesses from studying the corpses of their first attack, weapons had been developed that would theoretically be more effective in fighting them off. As the second wave of invading monsters touched down on the planet, the underground colonies held their breath as their own forces were deployed against them for the first time using this new technology. Exploding munitions with depleted uranium jackets have become a mainstay in ACE solid ammunition. Meanwhile, high-powered laser and plasma weapons were equipped as part of some ACE units' loadout. These types of energy weapons were less common, however, being more costly and prone to malfunction than solid-round weapons.

    As the second incursion wore on, days turned into weeks, turned into months. But when the last shot against the last standing Jovian was finally belched from its barrel, Humanity emerged victorious. They had fended for themselves once again, this time with renewed confidence. Hope and determination spread worldwide as fevered efforts went into the ACE programme. Outposts and Factories were set up on Earth's surface for ACE manufacture and training. These facilities were built far away from the colonial hab-zones so as not to incur targeting by hostiles. Collection of the second wave's carcasses showed that the Jovian's had adapted from the first attack, being more accommodated to the Earth's environment and biomes. They Jovians were mutating to better fit their battlefield. In return, a new generation of ACE vehicles were developed to counteract their changing foe: The ACE MK. II

    The MK. II's were larger (upwards of 12 meters), more refined, and handled more cleanly than their Mark I predecessors. While they still only required a single pilot to operate, a secondary crewman was often taken aboard the ACE combat vehicle for reasons of maintenance and diagnostics. They were usually boarded into their cradle while already outfitted with an APE (Advanced Powered Exo-suit), so that they might be able to make mechanical repairs in the field that would otherwise be impossible with their own unassisted physical strength. Otherwise, if not secured on-board the MK II, the ACE TECH would be deployed in proximity to the ACE Pilot in a more mundane vehicle, ready to be on-scene in the field if they should ever be needed.

    While the MK II ACE units were superior in almost every way, they were also that much more costly to develop. That being said, the subterranean colonies of the UNC do not function on the economic standards of the previous era. Money had fallen out of use under the scattered, new world government. Resources were commonly rationed and allotted based on both need and merit. A considerable portion of a colony's economy and society revolved around ACE pilots and combating the Jovians. Pilots were exalted in their colonial societies, often celebrated and given many accommodations.

    As Jovian incursions have become increasingly more frequent over the years, the demand for exceptional pilots has also risen. The Jovian invaders are also constantly adapting to the ACE suit's mechanical weaknesses and capabilities, making the aliens more and more difficult to defeat each time. Attempts to seal the Tannhäuser Gate have been theorized, but even getting out past Jupiter would prove impossibly deadly to any mission that would attempt it. All computer-guided payloads have summarily intercepted and destroyed by the Jovians before getting anywhere near the rift.

    New MK III ACE units have been in early development stages, intended to combat the Jovian's before they enter Earth's atmosphere. However, these suits are years away from being effective, with the projected tactical parameters and logistics being critically underperforming for their intended use. Most detrimental is the issue of critical damage occurring much too easily whilst in the vacuum of space. So far, the only viable defense for Earth is to fight the Jovians after they touch down on the planet, the continuity of the human race hinging on the capability of ACE Pilots and their support crews.

  • Jovian's are biological in nature. However, their compositions are of alien origin and can rival and even surpass even the most durable of Earthly materials. They come in many forms, often sporting multiple appendages (for both melee and ranged combat), tails, and even multiple heads. Upon their study, Jovian's crudely fall into one of two classes. Though they bear different physical forms that are as variable as ACE unit design, there are two very significant differences that supersede and divide these physical manifestations.

    Class β (Beta): Drone
    Jovian Drones were the entirety of what was met in the Jovian incursion of 2149. These creatures are mindless incarnations without free thought. They lack a brain in the form that humans would recognize it, and their cranial hollow is instead filled with a synaptic goo. Beta class Jovians are small, usually standing anywhere between 3 to 5 meters high (though their form differs wildly). What they lack in size is made up in number, with Beta's always appearing in large numbers. Beta's are dangerous to ACE pilots because they can surprise an operator with sudden reinforcements, being notoriously difficult to track with many types of scanners.

    Beta Class Jovian's tend to be fast, though this is not a uniform certainty. This goes hand-in-hand with their ability to swarm targets. Because of this, they do not tend to have heavily armored skins. That being said, Jovian's as a whole seem to be able to retain functionality even after taking what would appear to be critical damage that would disable or destroy an ACE unit. Jovian's have been seen to continue their attack after losing most of their appendages and even their heads (in rare cases).





    Class α (Alpha): Command
    Command Class Jovian's are much rarer than the drones. After the dissection of the first Alpha class Jovian in 2170, it was discovered that these types of Jovian's were, in fact, the true alien invaders piloting a bio-technological suit (much like the ACE unit). Command Class Jovian's control large hordes of the Drone class, effectively using them as scouts and reconnaissance. Alpha class Jovian's are huge, larger than even the MK II units that are obligatory in order to even attempt a successful defense. There is absolutely no uniformity in Alpha Class derivatives, but they have never been recorded as being less than 12 meters tall, with most being upwards of 20 meters tall.

    Alpha Jovian's are inherently slower than Betas due to their immense size. As can be expected, they are also heavily armed and armored. Even MK II's packed with artillery and high-yield rockets run the risk of exhausting their munitions before taking down a tenacious Alpha Class. Command Jovian's also are typically equipped with devastating weapons of mass destruction. While they do have smaller, and more localized offensive capabilities, it is the cannon and beam weapons they carry that can threaten the lives of an entire subterranean colony if the Alpha makes it to a breach point.

    Class Ω (Omega): Spore
    Only recently discovered two years ago, an unprecedented type of Jovian lifeform has been found growing throughout the surface of planet Earth. The lifeforms bear no sapience but appear to be spore-like in nature. Contaminated areas seem to be in the early phases of alien terraforming, with a blue and purple fungal growth beginning to carpet and climb over the ruins of the old cities. Derelict tunnels and subway systems have become overgrown with this contaminant. When discovered, these areas are quickly purged of the spore, usually by means of incendiary destruction. However, lab samples have shown that the Spore, like the other Jovians, is highly adaptable and has been mutating to become resistant to such extermination methods.

    If exposed to the Spore, humans can become very sick. With elongated exposure, there have been several recorded fatalities caused by organ failure and extreme auto immune disorders. Corpses that have been saturated with the spore often bloat with spore-sacks that eventually rupture and expel mass amounts of the Jovian seed into their immediate environment.

  • In this roleplay, I wanted to have a pairing involving a seasoned ACE Pilot (you) and his ACE "Techie" (me).

    In my character's case, I'd like her to be a younger lady, a prodigy in mechanics and electrical systems. She is (16) years old. Her age is irrelevant to the capacity she has to diagnose and repair various systems on ACE units, however. You could consider her to be a bit of a prodigy in that regard. Her physical strength is also inconsequential to her efficacy as a mechanic, as all repairs and modifications to ACE units are made with a technician utilizing an APE suit anyway.

    For the last two years, Audrey Harper has been a great boon in the repair hangers on the surface. She has been paramount in keeping a local contingent of MK I's in tip-top functionality as their grizzled pilots bring back their armored units in various mangled states of damage after their sorties. She is a prodigy, undoubtedly beyond her peers in terms of efficiency and understanding of an ACE unit's functionality. As such, Audrey has recently been offered the chance by Central Command to become a dedicated Tech to a pilot and his MK II unit.

    As per my character tendencies, Ms. Harper is a little on the heavy and curvaceous side. Her industrious and efficient work in the Hangars has earned her generous stipends of
    Food Provisions, leading to a rather "healthy" build, as well as decent accommodations for her living quarters. Standing at about 147 cm (4'10''), Audrey definitely needs help reaching things on the top shelf when she's not strapped into her APE suit. She has wavy blonde hair, Hazel green eyes, and lots to love.





    For your character, well... that's (mostly) up to you!
    I'm open to the whole spectrum of ethnic background:
    White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, etc. etc.

    All I ask is that he be:
    • Single (though whether he's been previously married or not is completely your choice)
    • Tall and masculine (hairy chests to the front of the line)
    • Cis-male only, please
    • Quite a bit older than Audrey. Ideally 40 - 50 years old.
      • but can negotiate to as young as 35
    • (and decently hung. 🍆 LOL!)

    His background history has variable potential. And I'd love to brainstorm exactly where their relationship is with you.
    • He could be a long time ACE Pilot, with a big name and big clout.
    • Maybe he's recently arrived from a different region, with the matter of exactly why he transferred being on a very "hush-shush" and "need-to-know" basis, only.
    • He could be an up-and-coming operator to an MK II unit, fresh into his new promotion.
      • In the case of this last one, maybe he came from the pool of MK I pilots that Audrey was already familiar with.
        And upon his own promotion, he specifically requested Audrey as his techie. Just an idea.


  • A comprehensive list of my KINKS and limits can be found in the link in my signature (takes you to my F-list). However, understand that not all of those kinks actually apply to this setting. The main sexual/sensual/erotic-themed elements that I'd like touched on in this particular roleplay are as follows:

    • AGEPLAY/AGE GAP: I would really like a considerable age difference in our characters. With Audrey being sixteen years old, I would ideally like to pair her along with a male adult no younger than 35, and ideally 40 years old or older.

    • SIZE PLAY: Kinda goes hand-in-hand with the age difference element. I'd like your character to stand head-and-shoulders over mine. Audrey is a short gal, just under 1.5 meters (under 5 feet) in height. This makes it very easy to establish a noteworthy (but realistic) size difference between our characters.

    • ANAL: This is my front-and-center kink that I basically include into any and all of my RPs that have an inclination to sexual themes.
      This is a must have in my erotic roleplays, to be honest. Though, it doesn't have to be the main objective of our characters' sexcapades by any means.


    • INEXPERIENCE/VIRGINITY: Audrey is a young teen that has dedicated her life to ACE Mechanics. She hasn't particularly her sexuality, though she is definitely heterosexual. However, she has had 0 to 1 sexual partner in the past. As such, we can realistically expect her to be pretty naive in matters of sex and even romantic relationships. That is not to say that she is submissive, but she will definitely not be assertive in such matters.




    Personally, I don't have a lot of LIMITS in writing erotic material. There aren't a whole lot of things that will make me go "ick". Most of what I will and won't write has more to do with relevance to the story at hand. For example, this story really shouldn't incorporate any kind of extreme BDSM elements like bondage, petplay, sadomasochism, Master/slave dynamics, etc. simply because it will take away from the mood at hand. But that's not to say that outside of this RP, they aren't things I'd be abjectly opposed to writing about. That being said, my very few and definite HARD LIMITS are the following:

    • NO ANIME FACECLAIMS. I don't like the art style. It is not sexy. Please use drawn images or even Ai for a faceclaim.
      • NOTE: All images in this RT have been Ai generated, or Ai assisted.
    • NO FURRIES. They aren't relevant to this setting anyway.

    • HETERO PAIRINGS ONLY. I used to a be a little more versatile about writing FxF pairings in the past. However, I've gotten over that phase and now I just stick with traditional cis-gendered, heterosexual pairings. And on that note...

    • NO EFFEMINATE/ANDROGYNOUS MALES for pairings with my gals. The character archetype is fine existing in the setting (as side characters, NPCs, etc), but not as the paired male for my own female. I seek only male OCs of the masculine variety. If you need elaboration on that, please ask.

    • NO CERVICAL PENETRATION. I really only mention this because I see it being quite popular. I blame hentai for this one's fame. But lemme tell ya, something like cervical penetration would be a pass-out-from-the-pain kind of moment. FYI: Childbirth contractions are the gradual opening of your cervix over the course of many hours. Forcing it to open by a superman-penis-thrust would just be a world of torture.


  • While I would LOVE to be able to dedicate more time to the roleplay hobby, my free time these days is much more limited than it used to be. As such, I can realistically respond once or twice a week to IC posts. OOC stuff should be a bit more frequent. But no one should be expecting me to respond to anything multiple times a day on any given day.

    My post style is one that provides multi-paragraph responses, and I tend to go heavy into detail. I like to linger on scenes that provide character development, and I enjoy reading and writing details that flesh out both the setting and characters. This, I feel, is especially necessary considering that my post rate is not so frequent. Therefore, you will get quantity and substance for your patient waiting.
