This rp is going to follow a DnD themed fantasy adventure of my own design, with our characters meeting at a local inn/tavern in a small, crossroads town, run by the local adventure's guild, but open to the public. It acts as a sort of social area, which is why our characters are there for one reason or another.
They answered the call to form a party selected by the guild themselves.
Renwood-Upon-Aevon a funny name for a quant, yet lively little town at an important crossroads and navigable river running through the valley. The town is commonly referred to as simply Renwood, and serves as a hub in the frontier lands for trade, travel, and adventures alike.
The valley itself, formed by the Aevon river, host fertile black soil, a wet but moderate climate with occasional wet summers, and light-snowy winters. The wildlife ranges from elk, deer and bison to bears, salmon, cod, and a variety of birds.
While mostly meadows about the windings of the river Aevon, and it's tributarys' are full of grass, moss, hedges and flowers, along the valley are pockets of a variety of woodlands, from simple oak, to unique aspen forest, and the famous pines that hug the mountains. Many large boulders are about as well, remance of ancient geology at work.
Hidden in the valley too are many ruins of past civilizations, often overgrown, though some near Renwood are well maintained, or even functional. Some have devolved into dungeons, and too have beast made home in them, as they have in caves near the valley walls.
You however, either by seeking to join as a rookie, a seasoned adventure, or a skilled individual of sorts, were either sought out, selected by the guild, or simply a name dropped in the hat to fill the roster if you accept, for a party to explore a ruin rumored to have been stumbled upon in the yellow aspen forest north of the town, some ways up the valley.
It should be noted that such an offer, or request to participate in a guild quest, for a member or not, is humbling, and a respectable thing to accept. It definitely looks good on any resume.
As for your character, honestly, I want to give you full creative freedom. It's your character. You may pick from a variety of DnD or even other fantasy races, and classes or abilities. All I ask is that if you express interest, come with a character in mind. You also don't necessarily need a reference image, just a description will do, but you may include one should you wish.

Continuing, let's discuss the romance/smut side of things. No arbitrary ratio here, just keep it practical. If anything happens, let it be so organically for the characters. For this, you can feel free and ask questions as well. Just know that for me, plot is priority, like the main dish, and smut is the spice you put on it to enhance the flavor. But if the dish sucks, the spice is useless.
Lastly, I want to mention that while this is a 1 on 1 rp, I am open to it being a three person rp. I'd like to experiment with that, and running such, but nothing more. One step at a time. That in mind, if that interest you, please let me know, or tell me you'd prefer 1 on 1 instead. I don't want to assume. This could also entail the romance/smut aspect as well, but it is not necessary and just depends on what is discussed. Again, let me know. Communication is going to be a big factor for this rp in general.
