Daniel tapped gently on the keyboard, the clacking only being heard by his own, finely tuned ears. Currently, he was in the process of writing a "practice" chapter of his novel for his Creative Writing professor. He was currently having trouble finishing off the chapter. He had no way to cap it off. Sighing, he deleted the last quarter of the chapter and began again, instead going in a different direction. After about ten minutes or so, he decided to take a break and go downstairs.
I need to get some time outside, Daniel! a voice inside his head suddenly erupted when he reached the kitchen. The young man of 20 flinched in pain, forcing his hand to grab the counter for support. "Shut it Juior..." he muttered, quieting the spirit demon inside his head. Or rather, inside his body. When he was at an young age, he felt this sensation that something had occupied his body. Of course, Juior made himself known in minutes, searching through Daniel's head and practically splitting his head apart and forcing him to be taken to the hospital. Obviously, they couldn't find the source of the headache, and Daniel decided to not tell anyone of the demon, otherwise he would be called "insane".
The headaches ebbing away, Daniel stood up to his full height, which was a good 6'5", and weighed a little over 160 pounds. Short dark hair that was cut neatly at the sides, though leaving a small bang in the front, and bright blue eyes, he minimally stood out. He began to make himself a sandwich when his sister arrived home from school.
