"Are you sure this is going to work?" I asked, basically sweating as I watched her pull out one of the largest needles I had ever seen. It was filled with a green, oozing liquid that didn't exactly calm my nerves, even though I knew what was inside.
"You'll be fine." The doctor said, a hint of annoyance in her voice as she looked me over. "I went through this process too, so don't worry. We've already done the tests, and even with your weight and height there shouldn't be any issues." She was, of course, referring to the whole reason I was here to get this done in the first place. I could barely stand the way that I looked. 5'1" of absolute stick, relying on these small breasts to get any attention at all.
That wasn't the worst part though. It was the looks I got from everyone else. They all thought I was so weak and helpless, I could see it in their eyes. It didn't help that they were right. But this procedure should fix that.
"Remember..." The doctor continued. "The nanobots in the fluid are controlled from the app we downloaded onto your phone. Any changes you want to make to your appearance: your height, weight, hell even your gender, can be done from the interface there. Just make sure you keep your phone safe. If someone takes your phone, there isn't anything we can do to stop them from changing you how they want. Got it?"
"Got it." I said, relaxing as I felt the anesthesia begin to take effect. "How much longer..." My words were cut off as I found myself falling asleep.
Two hours later I woke up in a hospital room. My head was pounding, but I sat up to look around. The curtains were shut, but I could still see the early afternoon light sneaking in around the edges. My stomach grumbled angrily, I hadn't eaten in nearly a day to prepare for the procedure, but now that it's over I should be able to eat at least something. First things first though, I needed to check out the app. If the procedure worked like I hoped it would, my life should be looking way up from here.
That is, if I could find the damn thing.

Today I'm looking for someone to take on either a GM role or a single character, depending on the scenario we choose to go with. Ideally that scenario would be one of these three, although I'm more than open to other ideas if you've got them.

- Another character finds and holds MC's phone (and app) hostage, essentially controlling MC and her looks.
- MC finds her phone and is able to enjoy her new life, modifying herself to her heart's content.
- This can lead into all sorts of shenanigans, and is probably the most open-ended
- A bit of both! Another character finds and captures MC's phone, but she manages to get it back and exact some revenge before moving on with her life.
