The school teaches much more than medicine. There is other skills of cleaning defence and more.
The medical school is on a island with many historical sights including dungeons. There is also a dungeon where you can fight monsters for item drops to sell or keep at your own risk as the monsters are strong enough to kill.
Some of the med like to put the girls or women in stocks, stripped of all there clothes for all to see and buy a slave.
Others have set up a training area to train the women how to please men and obay
Then there is the mad scientists who use the girls as lab rats
