This is the girl's punishment for some crime whether big or small, I am sure it seems disproportionate but that's the point for her to be brought WAY DOWN by some awful sort of male and streamed for all those who wish to see.
Open to discuss other options for such ideas such as potentially these baddies are assigned to spaceships to help the males on the ship essentially, putting them to some positive use in society... Just an idea though!
A War Against a Twisted Enemy
In this setting the world has been invaded by a species of creature, whether they are the actual ruling species or are just one of the main conquering forces these creatures are built to conquer worlds in the most twisted and perverse way possible. The creature's let off a virus that is males are highly susceptible to which will mutate them into one of these creatures.
Leaving the defense of their world the females, as the creatures they face are not only built for war, but they are designed to humiliate, degrade, and sexually corrupt and torment their enemy breaking their spirits while using their females create massive numbers of their kind while deforming the males.
Having MC be a 16-21 year old that lives in this dark new reality, she could be just trying to survive, scavenging on her own more like the post-apocalypse, or could have her as equipped by some form of military resistance, giving her armor, weapons, and perhaps even gadgets, tools, drugs, and equipment to deal with some of the creatures and their perverted abilities.
Open to other ideas and I love to brainstorm! The same can be said for the exact detail of these creatures, I can offer up ideas that come to mind for me if you are interested, but also love to discuss and craft a creature and its abilities specifically for a scene to match up the kinks, themes, characters, and tones to make it an amazing scenario!

It can be simple if we like or make it a bit more complex with them having some different options, making them better at their particular flavor of lewd. Taking place in a post-apocalyptic or more dark/dystopian setting.

MC is a troublemaker and gets in trouble with the law and by some mistake or misplaced paperwork ends up in some off the books asylum. Essentially disappearing from the system and being at the mercy of the orderly or warden of the asylum.
Whether the asylum houses some truly wild and dangerous sexual humans or terrible and terrifying lab experiments with mutant/deformed creatures or beasts that are lewd, perverted, or sexually themed in some sense or another.
