Introduction
Hello, I’m Citadelle, welcome to my request thread. Let's see, I’ve been writing for over 21 years and still at it. I’m looking for a writing partner, long-term, who can brainstorm with me on ideas and come up with an overall plot we will both enjoy. Send me a message.
Expectations
Decent grammar and spelling. Not asking for perfection. No one is perfect, I make mistakes sometimes too. I just need to be able to understand what I’m reading from you.
I will only write and communicate on Bluemoon. I’m not interested in taking anything to discord or any other medium outside of the site. I’m fine writing in threads or PMs, with the latter, having a separate PM for IC and OOC.
I usually write several paragraphs which can include 1,500 words on up to 3,000 for openers and moving the story forward. Posts with dialogue are always going to be shorter with some back and forth or whatever is happening in the scene. I’m not asking for the same from you but I’ll need something I can work with.
Strong preference for third person only.
If we are actively plotting, I don’t want to be the only one putting in ideas to get half-assed responses in return. Show me your excitement, what kind of character you intend to play and so on. Everything does not have to plotted out step by step because that gets boring but I want someone to help lead the story with me, surprise me with twists and turns and I will without a doubt do the same.
MxF. I like playing as female characters who are NOT helpless but I do write side characters of any gender. A story is not a story with just the main characters. With that said, I need someone to play side/npcs in addition to their main, male, character.
Replies frequency a few times a week.
Realistic art, real life, or good descriptions for character references.
All characters above 21.

Prisoner x Sympathetic Soldier: A soldier on the winning side of a war has just been given a spoil of said war in the form a survivor who witnessed the massacre firsthand and finds her freedom not her own anymore.
Drifter x Waitress: He came to town to leave behind a past of trouble while she had dreams of making it big in the city. What neither expected was to find themselves in a predicament of having to cover up a murder.
'Commoner' x Prince: She’s been planning her revenge since she was younger and the time to put her plan in motion had come. Under the guise of a simple servant for the royal family, she sets about carefully infiltrating them to get to the king by seducing the prince. However, she does not count on developing feelings for the heir.
Huntress x Beast of the Shadows: Whatever it was, it terrorized her village for as long as she could remember and none had caught the culprit so far. After losing her father to its violence, she is determined to find the beast herself and finally destroy it. But what will she find in the darkness?
Two former lovers: They had their moments where everything was fine in the relationship but those times were few and far in between. They ended on an unpleasant note. Years later, they’re coming back together because she needs his help and skill set to find her missing sister.
Tucked away on her family’s farm while the world fell to pieces, she never expected to see anyone else until finding an injured man out in the fields. Against her better judgement, she takes him home to nurse his wounds. Once he recovers, he offers to help her around the homestead for shelter and though reluctant, she agrees. As they grow closer, outside forces of the man’s past threaten their tranquility.
Princess x Barbarian: He watched the king mercilessly kill his beloved father as a boy. Had fate not intervened, he would have also followed his old man. Surviving the ordeal, he found himself linking up with raiders and time after a leader of his own tribe of sorts. His first order of business: take what was precious to the king. His daughter.
Just two strangers meeting on the dance floor of a club one night. Their plans, after a few drinks and obvious chemistry, would be coffee in the morning. Only, the inference of crazy exes, gangsters, and all kinds of foolishness threaten to get in the way.
With her father murdered, the kingdom fell quickly to occupation. In order for her people to be spared, she offers up herself to the enemy. But while circumstances are difficult, she has no intention of giving up or being broken by them.
They despised one another from previous entanglements. Now, their forced into a union neither wants for the sake of their respective kingdoms. Made clear that they would rather see each other dead, they have to keep up with appearances and soon contend with shared enemies. Gradually, together their defenses are lowered. Instead of sabotaging one another, they’re growing closer.
Rebel Leader x Mercenary. With the two leading government bodies at war throughout the universe, those not on any side are the ones to suffer. A young woman emerges to take on both factions for the displaced. Her efforts have made her marked and a mercenary from the lowest bounds of society has been hired to capture her.
Sailor x Someone from the Sea: It was just another trip to sea like any other time only this time, a woman is discovered in the water, unconscious. When she does awaken, the details of how she got in the water along with her name are foggy at best. Taken under the wing of a crew man, there’s more to the woman than meets the eye.
Gangster x Civilian: After being shot by a rival, a member of organized crime forces an unwilling participant to help patch him up or else. Begrudgingly, the person agrees hoping that if she can treat his wounds, he will be on his way. What she doesn’t expect is to be caught up in his fight for survival.
A man of considerable family wealth, he is held to task by his father the duke for his conduct unbecoming ways. Banished to one of the towns in the jurisdiction of their family, he’s meant to serve as a sort of steward after the last ruler’s sudden death. What he finds there are no shortage of problems. Death, neglect, rampant marauders, and angry townsfolk looking to place the blame on someone and a woman who is unlike the rest, whose husband mistreats her, and she finds solace with the nobleman.
Older Brother x Younger Brother’s Ex-girlfriend: Their childhood wasn’t the best but he always made sure to look after his younger brother and they had each other in spite of the issues they had to overcome. At their side was a childhood friend who shared a similar upbringing. Eventually she and the younger brother get together but the relationship was volatile at best with the older brother having to intervene. When the relationship is forced to end, the younger brother takes off without a word leaving his ex-girlfriend heartbroken and turning to the older brother for comfort.
A noblewoman finds herself the near victim of would-be thieves who attack her caravan sending her from one peril into another in the woodlands where beasts lurk.
Cloaked in human flesh, they say he is death itself walking among the mortal realm for purposes unknown. He can grant wishes, at a price of course. Nestled in the heart of the gothic city, he readily welcomes anyone seeking his services. A young woman cursed by an unknown affliction prepares herself to die but not before finding the source of the curse. Hearing the rumors of the ‘gifter’, she seeks out his services and he is quite intrigued by her situation. Even more that a being of his caliber cannot figure out what kind of curse it is. His offer can only extend her life by a year which she accepts to be able to do what she needs to do. What she doesn’t know is whatever happens at the end, her soul becomes his. He decides to go with her on the road of discovery.
The journey has been a long one. Filled with pain, despair, and death. Taken away from her home long ago, she only knew suffering at the hands of her slavers until a voice only she could hear called out to her. Following it out of the encampment, she found not a person at the end of the search, instead, a sword. She should not have been able to pull it from the stone where it was embedded yet some mysterious force allowed her to. When she returns to her captors, she slays them without remorse. As she changes the course of her life, she cuts down the malice in her path in effort to reach the home she vaguely remembers and the more she slays the more the sword feeds.
Dancing was everything to her. She was going to go places, and finally prove to her family that she could be someone. Unfortunately, a serious injury takes everything away. Angry at the world, she’s finding it hard to cope where she cannot continue her passion and takes the road to self-destruction.
The final battle? Those allowed to make it this far vowed to never let the sacrifice of their fallen comrades be in vain. With courage in their hearts, they engage with the enemy. The tide turns in their favor until they are overwhelmed. It is then that the anchor of the party sacrifices themselves to put a stop to their foe. It is a Pyrrhic victory at best with the survivors having to pick up the pieces.
The humans thought their victory over the elven kingdom was assured until they were proven wrong and in a sound defeat, the king was forced to hand over his younger son as well as make reparations. Angered by his embarrassment and hateful of all elves, he sends for his older son to rally allies to destroy the elves once and for all.
The boss’s wife x Bodyguard: Her husband’s business dealings were none of her concern until a bullet meant for him nearly killed her. Now she’s got round the clock surveillance including a shadow that did not budge from her side no matter how hard she fought.
Still struggling after a loss, she never expected to find a connection with a stranger in bar. When it becomes something more, she is shocked to discover the man she has been involved with is actually the father of a new friend.
He represents everything she finds deplorable. A man willing to lie even betray those who he claims to be loyal to, in order to get the job done. Unfortunately for her, he might just be the one who can help her complete the task when everything else seems hopeless. If they don’t kill each other first. There’s a story there, she feels, behind his unpleasantness.
She’s working late as usual. Nothing really out of the ordinary until a life and death incident puts everything into perspective. Luckily for her, a good Samaritan intervenes and is gone before the cops arrive. She remembers his face, that’s something she’ll never forget. After, her life takes an unexpected turn and it becomes her mission to find this man.
Without any memory of the previous day she wakes up in a life that just feels wrong. A 1st Class citizen living in the capital city Knanerte of the Sacred Empire of Siralos , an advanced secret society high in the skies. Citizens of 1st class live a wealthy, privileged life while all those under them are of other classes. Though she is told she must never bother with any of the lower class, she can’t help but feel compassion for them and have memories of what appears to be the surface, claimed to be a wasteland filled with the dregs of society expelled from the empire. Loosely based on Xenogears.

Her father, the king, never thought she was his and there were even rumors that the late queen had laid with the former Captain of the Guard, resulting in her birth. Mistreated and looked down upon by not only her siblings but the only father she’s ever known, she refuses to break under the judgment. It is when the king arranges for her to marry the young ruler of another nation that she realizes he merely wanted to get rid of her. Sent far from her home, she and her new husband have shared interests in the fact society thinks very little of them. But they aim to prove the naysayers wrong and know their worth, commanding respect.
Normally, everyone who comes into their magic learns to control it. To use it as a good pillar of society. For her, she can’t seem to get a handle on it. Worse yet, her powers resulted in the death of a few which her status-obsessed family manage to cover up. Maybe it was her but something felt wrong. Now, the higher ups have learned about her and want to run their tests to see what her malfunction is.
