1# The non-invasive way
As a young student in her 20s, MC participates in a study at her university. This study involves a new medical drug that is supposed to enable simple hormonal breast enlargement – even after puberty and thus natural breast growth have essentially already ended.
MC has never been particularly dissatisfied with her bust size, but what young woman doesn't think that a larger cup size might look even better on her? Besides, the study was very well paid.
In the end, however, it turns out that a study is just a study, and undesirable scenarios can arise. So, for MC, it won't just be an increase of one cup size. Instead, her breasts will grow massively. In the end, they will reach a size that is truly record-breaking. (I know this might put some people off, but I would actually find it very exciting if MC's bust size became like a Guinness World Record. Still realistic, so not comic-strip sizes, but at the upper end of what's realistically possible.)
I think it would be fascinating to see how MC deals with this change. I'm deliberately leaving open what kind of a character you play in this constellation. I think it makes the most sense to this out together.
If you're interested, we could also incorporate massive lactation here, so that MC, for example, produces over a gallon of milk a day thanks to the drug.
2# The invasive way
The second approach is quite similar to the first in many ways. Here, too, I would play a young woman who isn't participating in a study, but is applying for a job as a receptionist.
I'm either a patient of a gynecologist who is currently recruiting, or I'm applying directly to a cosmetic surgery practice. (In the first case, the doctor would not only be a traditional gynecologist, but also a plastic surgeon.)
In any case, I'm applying for a job in the practice. Although there's the hurdle that the doctor believes each of his employees must represent the practice with dignity. Specifically, this means: every assistant and receptionist must have received a cosmetic treatment from the practice themselves, thus representing the doctor's skills. Just as sales representatives for fashion brands dress in the brand they represent at trade fairs for example.
Here, too, MC would get very large breasts, but through implants this time, which also pose other challenges. I could imagine, for example, that obvious silicone breasts consisting of huge implants would be significantly more sexualized than "natural" giant breasts.
A specific role for YC could certainly be the doctor or surgeon for this one, but this is also open to negotiation.
