History - Mama Nox. The Street Saint. The Queen of the Glow. Growing up within the gutter veins of Virelow, she was raised within gang-tensed alleyways - encased in neon lights and cigarette smoke. Her mother overdosed, and she never met her father. Her younger sister was abducted during a street raid by Elaris during a riot, and has not heard from her since. Quickly Kaelira learned early in her life that survival was rooted by strength, and that would be the only way to change. To change the game is to own the board. Her signature drug is known as the 'Black Kiss' - a slow-burn that gives lasting euphoric blends with a long comedown. Personality Traits - Kaelira is as rough as sandpaper - twice as abrasive. Her presence alone can silence rooms. She wastes no time in small talk, and doesn't give second chances easily. Those within her circle, she's compassionate and protects them with religious fury. She'll beat any other dealer who attempts to short a customer, and cradles an addict going through withdrawal in the same breath. Strengths - Cult-like loyalty, Unshakable grit, Intimidation Queen. Weaknesses - Trust issues, Past trauma blind spots, Deep burnout. Fears - Losing control over her empire, Seeing herself become who she hates. Relationships - Avya, Perhaps a gang member, Customers.

History - Luneth proudly comes from the Vitelli Lineage, known in Elaris for being a high-ranking family that serves loyally to The Lumen Circle. Her mother is a senior member of The Lumen Circle, and her brother proudly serves within The Accord Division. She is expected to follow suit, but instead chose scientific research. Some say it's noble, while others believe she is wasting her time. Personality Traits - Many know Luneth as a warm-hearted, curious woman. She's always genuinely helping others - not because she was told she had to, but because she feels it is the right thing to do. She always tries to see the best in others, and goes above and beyond to help tutor her classmates - even if she's exhausted. Growing up in such a pristine society, she has learned to mask her true thoughts behind a polished demeanor. She wants to change the world, but quietly. It's starting to wear on her. Strengths - Academic Excellence, Empathic Intelligence, Emotional Anchor Weaknesses - Naïveté, Avoidance of Conflict, Bound by Legacy. Fears - Losing herself to expectations, Core exposures, Being a failure in the eyes of her city. Relationships - Seraphyne (mother), Caelum (brother), classmates, professors and scientists. Perhaps some Lumen Circle members.

V I R E L O W ↻ ◁ II ▷ ↺​ Full Name - Winter Santiago Nicknames - Dusk, Ice Gender - Male Age - 27 Race - Human Role - Street Muscle Enforcer | Scavenger, Bodyguard, Thief

History - Winter alongside his sister, Summer, had once lived with their single, prominent father in Elaris. However, political circumstances involving their father and a choice he made in his work had torn apart whatever reputation they had formed within the metropolis, forcing them into hiding in a world far more hostile and alien to their own. Forced to adapt or die, the siblings had made their peace with their humanity, choosing survival over the opinions of those who couldn't "give half a damn." Though thankfully, Virelow had a place for someone with his combat skills and experience in mind. Once serving a young soldier in the Elarian military, he learned quickly of the value of certain skills, some of them being thievery, scavenging, and even the edge of having an intimate knowledge of one's environment and how to use it. With no one to command him and the world to gain, the life in Virelow had become something he looked forward to versus something he was taught to disgust. Personality Traits -Winter is known to be cold to most, only choosing to share his emotional side to those he considers trustworthy. He generally dislikes the company of others, preferring to keep them at an arm's length to avoid potentially having a connection with people that would turn on him. For him, he sees interaction with most others as a zero sum game: To give without taking something is to only set yourself up to be taken advantage of. Strengths -Realistic, cautious, and cold. Winter is calm yet ferocious when push comes to shove, performing better while under pressure than when he is at peace. He is a dirty but competent fighter, one that has no qualms in using his environment to his advantage, adapting quickly to his surroundings and using it as a weapon even if his ways of combat are deemed unsightly and dishonorable by the people of Virelow and Elaris. Weaknesses - Standoffish and unwilling to compromise, Winter is stubborn, untrusting, and closed off. Only when placed under pressure with someone else where they choose him over their own selfish gain would he ever consider changing his mind on someone. He's extremely classist, valuing all who exist in Elaris the same as the people who threw his family out in the first place. His cadence is arguably his weakest point, something that his sister is known to cover for. Fears - The loss of his only family and helplessness. After being unable to make a difference when it came to protecting his other sister and his father, he vowed to never be that weak or vulnerable again. Relationships - Related to Summer (Older Sister). Also gang affiliated. Most likely has history working with Kae on a contractual basis.

History - Unlike Winter, Summer was a bit older by the time she and her family were cast out of the glittering utopia. She was attending university at that time, learning fast as a prodigy who could soak up any knowledge that was presented to her. Unfortunately however, her dreams of one day living up to her family's expectations were cut short once she realized just how terrible the people of Elaris could be once their opinions changed. Deciding that her talents were best used to herself rather than for the greater good of all, once she had truly settled in the pits of Virelow, she began to run a street clinic where she built a reputation of her own. Here, once she created connections with the different gangs and cults that held influence underground, she leveraged her notoriety to sell her crafted, modified scrap prosthetics, weapons, armor, and even drugs to bring out the best in people. With her influence being so strong and her services seen as required, her local area had become known as a neutral territory, one where if a single faction had made it difficult for her to work, then many more would become their enemy. Personality Traits - Confident and cocky; To most, Summer is an arrogant egghead with a gift too potent to ignore. However, to those who had earned her trust or are able to see through her mask, Summer is someone who uses a veil of confidence to keep most at an arm's length, unfortunately being quick to care about the faces and personality that manage to return more than once. As a doctor in Virelow, she's used to seeing people disappear. Thus, with that expectation in mind, she tries to remain in her office and her territory most of the time, only breaking free of its borders if her younger brother or the influential figures she had befriended over the years truly needed her help. Strengths -Intelligent, fast to learn, and unafraid of sticking up for herself and the people she cares about. Summer is an adept wordsmith, wielding words like weapons that could be used to steer a deal towards her favor. She had to learn fast in order to gain the faith and favor of those who could easily burn her clinic down. Weaknesses - Where she lacks is in her physical stature and stamina. Given the amount of time she spends at work, she doesn't get much physical activity beyond standing in one place for hours while operating on surgeries. welding/soldering scrap metal together, or mixing tinctures in the lab. She relies on her allies to deal with fights, focusing on honing her talents elsewhere to better aid out of combat. Fears - The loss of her only family and helplessness. Realizing just what it meant to have nothing once, she refused to ever live in such a life ever again. Relationships - Related to Winter (Younger Brother). Connected to several gangs and cults in Virelow. Most likely works with Kae to treat her injured or invent products to be sold to wealthier clients.

E L A R I S Theme Song​ Full Name - Augus Noctis Atwood Nicknames - Noct, Augy Gender - Male Age - 26 Race - Human Role - Lumen Circle Council Member

History - Heir to the Atwood Fortune, long standing members of the Lumen Circle Council of Elaris and founding company of Atwood Arms. A major producer in firearms for Elaris, infused with the latest and greatest tech they are a pillar of the community and have always been a major source of funds for projects that the council wishes to invoke. Raised to be proper and to be a future leader of the city within the Council. His parents were murdered, unknown assassins struck one night and the Enforcers were too slow and now he has been thrust into this new position at a young age, forced to navigate his own feelings and vengeance that burns in his heart. His eyes are set on Virelow, believing it was the work of the scum from below and not an enemy within. Personality Traits - Augus comes across as a kind and charitable man on the outside. The perfect image of what the people want from a young council member, and heir to a wealthy fortune. Treating the people of Elaris fairly and looking to push their city further into the future with a passion for his business, looking to begin expansion from weapons and armor that the enforcers use to something more. Underneath he is becoming cold with hatred and disgust. He looks at his fellow council members as vultures looking to pick from his parents fresh laid corpses while his real enemies hid underneath enjoying themselves. Strengths - Charisma and Speech, Firearm Expert, Excellent Architect and Designer Weaknesses - Stubborn, Blind Hatred to Virelow, Young and Inexperienced Fears - Greatest fear is failing the legacy that his parents left before him all too young. That he will not push the Atwood's name further into the future and that it would end with him and his failures as a council member and as a businessman. Relationships - (Leaving open for now if some people may know him), Family Members from the branch of the main Atwood line.
