Hoping to find a partner

Is it easy to find partners on here?

It's easy to find partners, sure.
It's hard to find partners who tick most of - if not all of - the boxes you want in a partner.
It's harder still to keep a partner for an extended period.

Start by browsing the request threads to see if anything grabs your attention.
You won't be able to send PMs to prospective partners, though, until you've met both membership criteria (3 posts, 24 hours) - your username will turn blue when you have.
You can post your own Request Thread straight away, however, in whichever area floats your boat.

Thank you and that's fair I have three people that I've been rping with for 5 or 6 years now but we always ghost eachother for months tbh we just like eachother enough to keep responding even months apart. One of them recommended this site I'm excited to be here.

I'd say it is a tossup. From my own personal experience there is plenty of ghosting unfortunately but once you find that right rp partner and it clicks, well, you are set. Communication is a big key to keeping things going though not so much that it bothers them. Some rpers would rather avoid the whole nudging so best to watch out for that. Otherwise don't be afraid to reach out and if you manage to get RT's up and going and people reach out make sure they are a right fit before jumping into rping with them. Overall like I said it is a tossup finding an rp partner on this site. I will say it is certainly better then my prior experiences rping but there are going to be dry days or dry spells so don't lose hope if that should happen to you. Keep optmistic and if you happen to have something that will spark the interest in an rper great as that goes a long way, or, if you connect with an rper's RT and they happen to respond to you then you are on your way. Take advantage of what this site has to offer and if it comes down to it there are games you can chilll out to.

You seem to be looking for someone to play a specific cannon character versus your OC. You're also looking for romance with no sex.

I suspect that significantly reduces the number of potential matches.

I'm mostly writing that so you don't feel like something is wrong if it takes a while for someone to come along who wants to RP exactly that.

Thank you I'm not completely closed of to sexual rp im just not very good at it. Even in my own novel I'm terrible at the sexual stuff that's all.

It might be a good idea to set up a Search Thread to explain what you're looking for, what your tastes are (particularly in smut/sexual encounters, as that's one of the primary things people do here), or post in the non-sexual RP thread if you're trying to avoid any sexual content.
