Backstory: Kisara was conceived by her mother after she met Obito Uchiha during an encounter where her mother had ventured out of the village as was traditional due to the matriarchal nature of Nadeshiko village, Obito eventually left as he had been traveling under the guise of Madara Uchiha at the time. By the time of the events of Naruto Shippuden she was 19 years old and had ventured out to make her own way in the world having a brief encounter with Obito under his guise as Tobi, he of course would recognize the girl as his daughter and revealed himself to be her father. Not long after her father's demise at the hands of Kaguya Otsutsuki, Kisara used an advanced medical kinjutsu technique to regenerate her father's body at a cellular level, only long enough to take his eyes; for the stress from learning of his demise had unlocked her own Mangekyo Sharingan and by implanting her father's eyes Kisara acquired the Eternal Mangekyo but also gained access to his Kamui technique.
Mangekyo Jutsu: Susano'o, Kamui (She has never displayed whatever techniques her original Mangekyo possessed, preferring to utilize the Kamui she inherited by transplanting her father's eyes stating that it is his will to protect her that allows her to use them).
Chakra Level: Kisara has displayed chakra reserves capable of matching Sasuke Uchiha in battle as the two briefly fought during his travels after the 4th Ninja War, though it is noted that neither of them were taking the battle seriously at the time.
Taijutsu, Ninjutsu & Genjutsu: Kisara has shown to be equal to Sasuke in terms of all three areas during their brief skirmish, even managing to land several hits on Sasuke while also enduring plenty of hits from him though again neither was taking the fight all that seriously as it was a sparring match.
Personality: Kisara unlike most Uchiha is very much a lone wolf, preferring to travel alone but has a gentle and compassionate heart often doing her best to help the weak (particularly children or the elderly) though she does have a very heavy ideology of 'Survival of the Fittest'. Though when questioned as to why with this mentality does she help the young and elderly she responds that you cannot expect a child to be strong at first and that they should be nurtured whereas the elderly have earned their right to live by living long enough to become old and thus have her unwavering respect. Kisara has an unwavering lover for her father due to their brief encounter during her time traveling even citing that Obito Uchiha was not the monster so many remember him as and even declaring that she will complete his dream of bringing peace to the world stating that Naruto and the other Kage are failing in their attempt as the world remains divided by village and nation, believing true peace can only be achieved by eliminating all constructs of nations or countries and instead creating a single unified country and village.
