Northern NY State, away from any main roads a small camp was started some ten years ago for teenagers from New England with some sort of neurodivergency, whether ADHD, ASD, ADD, or CDD (Cognitive Defiency Disorder), among others. One of the main purposes of the camp is to allow neurodivergent teenagers to be teenagers on their own terms, to give them a chance to mingle with other teenagers with similar, if not identical, issues surrounding everything and anything from eating habits, to social interactions in a safe environment guided and counselled by trained personnel as well as neurodivergent adults to combine theoretical knowledge with actual experience.

There are all manner of activities, from hikes in the surrounding woods: (touching trees, grass, experiencing the sounds of small animals and birds, listening to running water and much more), Arts and craft, music and perhaps most importantly a rainbow group: (Research indicates that neurodivergent people are more likely to identify as LGBTQ+ than their neurotypical peers.) The rainbow group is meant to be a safe pace for teenagers who may not even have hatched but does not feel comfortable with their assigned gender or the romantic orientation expected of them by their community, but also for those who have openly denounced the cishet norm and who are either comfortable in their gender identity and romantic orientation, or still struggling to define it.

This is based on a 1x1 roleplay between myself and @DarkDreamer9110 that can be found here:
Camp Lake Pleasant For Neurodivergent Teens (MsBloom x DarkDreamer9110)

We have realised that the idea is bigger than just a 1x1 and for that reason we are now looking for 3-4 other players that (preferably) can play 1-2 NPC in addition to their main character.

Also; while it is of course not a requisite, we would appreciate players with experience with both being neurodivergent and non-cishet.

(Neurotypical cishet people are of course also welcome, so long as care is taken to avoid harmful or offensive stereotypes.)
