What's the verdict on someone impersonating a public figure?

I looked through the forum rules twice and couldn't find anything on this; without naming names or going into too much detail, I've seen at least one forum member pretending to be a well-known entertainment personality, which I'm quite sure would make the real deal very uncomfortable, were they to learn of it. I'm not talking about somebody writing them as a character in a roleplay (although to be perfectly honest, I find that skeevy as well), I mean that they are actually claiming, to truly be that person when it's fairly obvious that they're not.

I would think this would break Rule 8.
7. No self-nudes, no posting images of other people and claiming they are you, no posting other people's images except for public celebrities/models, and no posting of other members' information.
I would report the posts where they're doing this so staff can look into it.

We have received a few reports on what I believe to be this matter. It's being discussed and will be handled. Mostly locking this thread as it will be a matter between the person(s) involved and staff.
