Hello, welcome to my RT. I will get the basics out of the way first, then onto the character & plot.
I write via PM.
I write 18+ in age.
I write in 3rd person.
I write fairly lengthy posts, but I do not require you to match my post length.
I much prefer a more serious and realistic tone for my stories, so please keep that in mind.
I seek more plot than smut. Please fully grasp this before messaging me. TO clarify, I am perfectly fine with erotica adjacent type scenes, where nudity is present, or sexual discussion taking place. I can even consider the acts of hazing and bullying as adjacent type scenes, as long as those scenes aren't just pure smut. I am referring to sex itself as smut, meaning I just do not wish to go from scene to scene rushing to the next bit of smut. I want character development & interactions.
Character:
My character is a M>F Transgender athlete within collegiate or professional sports within the 18-24 age range. I will consider high school as the setting, as many graduate while 18 years of age, but all characters involved must be 18+, even those not involved within erotic content.

Plot:
*I will consider other settings that you have in mind, even of they aren't related to the world of sports. It can be a college setting, workplace setting or something else entirely. I just ask that it has similar character & relationship dynamics as presented here. Thanks.*
The plot is a trans character within the world of athletics. You can pick the sport that you prefer. Choices being: Baseball/Softball, Basketball, Hockey or Soccer. The story is meant to be a somewhat dark'ish, gritty'ish look at hazing, bullying, mental abuse, and perhaps a somewhat toxic but viable relationship that forms between characters. This is not for fluffy romance, but rather worlds colliding and dominance & exploitation being established.

I'm looking for my character (MC) to have to do her part to fit in with the team. Your character (YC) can be the coach, the team captain, or one of the boys on the men's team counterpart. MC would have previously played on the boys team.
This is not a story about going from 'not so good' on the boys team to being 'quite good' on the girls team. We can include that if you wish for that to be one of the dynamics, but the story is more about the slice-of-life about being a trans athlete in an unforgiving realm of athletics.
As previously stated, I'm looking for dominant, controlling, borderline abusive partners. YC can be the alpha bitch of the team and puts her foot down that she will not be unseated as the team's queen, or YC can be one of the jocks on the boys team. YC can also be the coach, with any range of age gaps, as I rather enjoy much older characters.
Specifics about MC: She went trans after never feeling like much of a man. She certainly doesn't measure up to any of them, as she has a borderline micropenis. She is somewhere around 3¾ inches, though we can tinker with the size while we collaborate. She is docile, very much not the alpha bitch/queen bee type.
I am rather interested in there being some focus on her being seen as weak & a beta to your alpha, meaning easy'ish to manipulate & exploit. Also some focus on her small dick size, "Yeah, good on you for realizing you don't measure up. You are right where you should be." *after seeing her small dick for the first time*
