Mx Female Split Personality RP

This idea is heavily inspired by the game "Taffy Tales" on PC, so a majority of the plot and characters are based on that. My character would be a nerdy, anti-social teen that doesn't have lots of friends, and is usually on the receiving end of verbal/physical abuse at school. Your character would be the sweet, loving mother who works and does all the housework while me and my siblings focus on school. On the outside, you're a sweet, innocent women in her late 30s/early 40s, but seeing how you're a hard-working single mother, you desperately crave intimacy and the attention of a man behind closed doors.

The major turning point for my character would be when I got hit by a car one day on my way home from school. The accident was so bad that I was induced into a coma for almost a week. When I woke up, I was stuck with this voice in my head that kept telling me obscene taboo things, and encouraging me to make moves and to "tame" the woman around me. It's clear that the accident gave my character a split personality, and now he's gone from a shy nerdy kid to a bold dirty minded deviant.

How will this affect our relationship ? Or even our entire family dynamic ? What kind of things will occur because of this ?
