Trying to explore the site and get a feel for it but I feel like I’m not making much ground. For example, what are all the “Bump” posts? And what’s the easiest way to navigate or does it just take time?

The word "bump" is referring to posting in a threat to bump it back to the top of the list to increase visibility and get more eyes on your request thread.
